There's coffee, tea and water available (for free) and a TV to pass the time. The staff will keep you well informed throughout the course of your time in and allow prompt answers when and if available. This location seems daunting to get to, but with some GPS unit giving turn by turn directions, it was a rather easy trip. There was a comment by one of the employees, that during specific times of the year, it is advisable to plan at least an extra half hour to get there because they are on the main drag and that area gets busy. After about two hours in the shop, the front windshield was replaced, computer calibrated, parking stickers and toll pass stuck where they needed to be, and we were out the door in a sparkling clean vehicle. It was like a rock had never hit us and spider cracked a good web on the glass. The only drawback is there isn't that much retail around within walking distance. Again, this is a busy street.

They worked for an hour and half to fix the drainage issue and it worked but they could not get to a minuscule part that still needed unblocked. Because of that, Kevin wouldn't let me pay him. Was completely unexpected as even time cost money. He told me to have the mechanic who could get in there to call him so he could explain. We will call these guys for any needs of this type in the future. Great local business! Great customer service.

At the time I am writing this review I see they have only 2 stars. In my view that is still over…read morerated. I took my new F150 in to repair the passenger side rear door. I had a hit and run in a parking lot. They scraped across the entire door. Allstate sent me to Gerber for the repair. When I initially picked up the truck on a Friday I thought the repair was fine. However when I got in the sun and looking down the side the repair was not done properly at all. The door had ripples and you could the support struts in the door it self. I call the shop on Sat. the next day. They bring it in they would take a look. When I got the shop my service agent inspected the door. He said what did I do to it. It was not like that when I picked it up. I said I did nothing to it. Do you a scratch or damage like it was hit. He said no, perhaps I leaned on the door. I told him that was crazy did nothing. This damage is in the exact location of there repair. He said nothing he could do but I could talk to the manager the next day. I said fine. The next day I go to the shop. I was told to have a seat and they would get the manager. I sat there for 45 min. I seen people come and go but nothing. Finally I asked the desk what is the status of my truck. She said I need to talk to the service agent. He was right there behind her. He looked up and asked me to come back. - Never seen or talked to the manager - left waiting and had I not spoke up I feel like I would sat there for hours - was told by the service agent the damage happened after I picked up the truck Again he told me there was nothing he or they could do. This damage was not there when the truck was picked up. Later I contacted the Ft. Meyers location and the manager agreed the repair was not done properly. They contacted Allstate to get approval to replace the door. This did not happen originally but ultimately Allstate approved replacing the door and the Ft. Meyers garage did a good job. The service agent at the Cape Coral garage originally told me that they may need to replace the door but they elected to repair it. I found out later thru Ford that this truck has a aluminum body and these door can not be repaired.
