This venue is located kind of behind the Home Depot on the southwest corner of 270 & Cleveland Ave, do its pretty convenient to get to, no matter where you're coming from. You turn on a road just past Home Depot and drive down a beautiful meandering wooded, shaded road, past the first smaller building and on to the second larger building. The parking. There's plenty of it along with a good number of handicapped spaces. There is an abundance of parking in the front and back of the building. The inside of the building. Very clean, bright, open, and very welcoming lobby. Then you walk into the big auditorium, which they had set up with round tables with 6 chairs each and seats probably around 300 people and probably 800-1000 without the tables. There were 2 walls of windows so it felt very open with lots of natural light streaming in. The bathrooms. There are multiple locations with each having multiple stalls. They were very clean and well stocked. I have been to multiple meetings over the past few years with 5-6 meetings being held here. I have never heard anyone complain about anything here. There are a lot of restaurants in the area, which are convenient to get to. All in all, I would very highly recommend this place if you need a place to hold a large meeting. Oh, and there are several smaller meeting rooms too, in case you need to break into smaller groups. Really great facility.

High school students are pressured to stay in central Ohio after HS, even if they have college scholarships elsewhere. Going so far as to guilt those that choose to accept scholarships and kicking them out of the church.

After seeing a billboard ad in Hilliard for the church, I decided to visit one Sunday, and I became attached to Cypress straight away. Between the worship music, the sermons, the friendly staff and volunteers, the bookstore, and the many opportunities to volunteer, I immediately felt 'at home.' I've gotten involved a little, here and there, and have enjoyed volunteering. This church has so much to offer, in so many ways. I can honestly say that God led me there and I wouldn't be the woman I am today without them. Love you Cypress Church!

The praise music was a mix of traditional and contemporary. One thing I did not like is the people were not very joyful. It seemed all but the pastor were zombies gong through the motions., No one but the pastor was smiling, not even the praise and worship team. No Joy, or love of what was being said or done. Sorry I tell it as I see it. Of the lady next to me in the pew, she was nice and pleasant. She smiled and greeted me. No hugs though. I did not feel the Spirit except when Minister was speaking. At least someone is alive in that place. I know the couple who invited me are joyful, people, but I did not see them there. I know I am a bit harsh, but I may try visiting again sometime. But once was really enough.

My children have both been baptized at Eastland. I love all the people that attend services there. I am seeing more and more new faces each week. We have some very outgoing people that attend and we also have some very shy people that are not unfriendly, just shy. It's a warm loving church full of God's love.

New Life was originally a church plant out of Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. Since 1985, this church has grown significantly up to several thousands members. It's not a huge church, but it sure is not tiny either. They have plenty of ministry opportunities for anyone to get plugged into as well. New Life has successfully planted several other churches throughout Central Ohio including Hilliard, OSU Campus Area, Short North and Canal Winchester. So, if Gahanna is too far out of the way for you, there's a New Life Church close by. This church is the real deal and will minister to you and your family more than most other churches.
