Had front end damage, rear bumper damage on a 2015 Equinox. Impact Collision was one of the few that would order parts before keeping the car - a HUGE plus since it saved on rental car. I was afraid the insurance would total the car which not have been a good thing! Jerry reassured me that it was unlikely and he was right!! Our car was "injured" due to a pick-up truck backing into the fender. My husband and I began to get estimates for its repair. When we drove into the parking area of Impact Collision Center, we were met and greeted very warmly. It only took 15 minutes for him to give us a reasonable estimate. The second collision center told us that they wouldn't even give us an estimate until October, which was 2 months away. Another center was very dirty, and we weren't greeted or acknowledged. Therefore, we went with Impact Collision Center and am so glad we did. The car looks like brand new! They painted and put new pin-striping on the side, plus cleaned the inside! Hit by a FedEx truck--Oh no!! Not only was I shaken up, but what was I going to do about the damages?! I intended to call 3 places for estimates, but Impact Collision Center said they could service me right away and were more than willing to work with my insurance company. Several parts had to be replaced. One of the parts they ordered did not meet their excellent expectations, so they sent it back for another!!
