They won't give a good reason for this, and they won't make any exceptions.They were going to charge me $160 to get one crack filled, and then tried to charge me to get a new windshield. Marco is a good salesman. The bad. First....i was sold one speaker set up. When I went to pick up my vehicle they told me the original speakers I bought didn't fit and they put different ones in without calling me or asking me. They didn't hook up all the wires for the radio so the illumination didn't work right. they've had to replace the back up camera twice in less than 3 weeks because it glitched and was unusable (not their fault. It was the brand of camera) And they've cut a hole in my license plate. Damaging it which now I'm going to have to replace. When I expressed concerns about the speakers they installed without asking me. They told me if I didn't like them they could up-sell me a subwoofer. I'll return to them for warranty work. But I'm uncertain if I'll have them preform new installs.
