DO NOT buy through Credova it is a scam. I signed up for a 12 month same as cash through them and impact guns. Apparently it was BS and it said I signed up for some lease thing. Which I did not . Some how another company has my "Lease" there saying I owe 4K on a 1500$ gun that I have been paying 158$ a month since November. So my gun should be about pause off. Imagine the shock when I call the company that's been charging "thinking it was Credova" when it wasn't and they tell me I still owe 4K. I called the company and they will know about it and will not take it off of their preferred payment methods. I think the owners know and they get a cut. Needless to say I willl be going to court. I just bought my first rifle from Impact Guns a few days ago. At first, I was reluctant to buy from them because of some of the negative reviews I've been reading. But I decided to share my experience here. I was't sure if they are legit at first, so I called to confirm about a rifle before I clicked the "buy" button. A very polite, soft-spoken lady answered (..don't remember her name..) and assured me that the rifle is in stock and I can go ahead and place the order. I did and the rifle was delivered to my FFL within 3 days! I don't know if a previous management, owner(s), employees, etc..have created that bad image, but I had a GREAT first experience and wanted to give them credit where credit is due! Every workplace has one or two "odd balls" that will treat customers badly. I will definitely buy from them again and urge you all to give them a chance and rest assured that you will get a great service from Impact Guns. This month I bought a firearm and less than a week they reduce the price. I requested to be treated fairly and get credit for future purchase from them. They abruptly decline my request and treated me like I never did business with them before. Ive never had complications buying a firearm till i found this place, twice they refused to sell a gun for absolutely no reason, ive purchased many from cabelas, gunnies etc.. these guys called their lawyer because they cant read a license and "didnt wanna take the chance to be safe" Lol these guys are a joke and will give you the run around and waste 2-3 hrs of your life to refuse you. I've been shopping at this store for everything gun related for the last 6 years. I've bought 7 guns and a bunch of ammo, mags and other stuff. They USED TO BE a bunch of decent guys. I don't expect people to kiss my a$$, but I treat people with respect and I expect at least a little courtesy in return. I ordered 2 guns from their website, never received a call saying they were ready for pickup. I go in to pick up my guns after checking online and found out they were delivered 2 days prior. The sales guy had a bug up his butt about something, seemed like the type that was perpetually that way. Anyway, he charged me another $75 (transfer fee) to sell me 2 guns I was buying FROM THEM. I ordered another gun a week later, found out it was delivered, go in to pick it up. There were 3 guys standing behind the counter, chatting, and NO customers in the store. I told one of them my name and the gun I was there for. He tells me the gun is here, but I would have to come back, because it wasn't "checked in" yet, and I would get a call when it is ready. WTH? 3 of them sitting on their backsides, not doing anything, and not one of them can "check in" my gun, whatever that means, and give it to me??? Fine, so I go home and wait for the call, they've only had it 2 days now, still no call. Screw it, after reading the other reviews, it's apparent that they don't want our business. I purchased a Howa .308 Red White and Blue from Impact Guns via the internet. I received the rifle 4/1/2022. Appropriate date for what I received. 1. The bolt was installed for shipping. It punched through the product box and the shipping box. There are scratches on the bolt handle. 2. The cerakote was scratched in multiple places. 3. The barrel was scratched. 4. The muzzle brake had multiple scratches and was not the advertised muzzle brake. 5. The scope in the package has a seized battery cover. The supplied wrench broke while trying to loosen the cover. I emailed them about the scratches and the bolt. They ignored that email. I also later emailed them about the scope. I received a reply the next day stating they don't warrantee optics. Their "customer service" sent a link to NikkoSterling. Which clearly stated warrantee must be done through your dealer. I replied to Alexia L. (Impact Guns) with that information. She replied "Hello, we do not have a warranty for optics. The manufacturer that had the item bundled together with the optic should be able to assist you if Nikko Sterling will not." and sent another link. So I called. Got the automated response that I was "#2 on the waiting list". After 15 minutes the phone rang, stated the business hours (still open) and continued to ring until I finally gave up. I purchased a 45-colt lever action from these guys along with multiple other guns. When i tried to fire the 45 colt the shells wouldn't slide into the chamber, so i took it back (3) times in all! Finally they told me it takes a special type of ammo. 45 colt pointed tip ammo witch they do not have. I took it to another gun shop they said there full of shit and the rifle should shoot any 45 colt ammo. the rifle cost me $1600.00 and they refuse to fix it. I came in to make a multi purchase, which lets be honest would have been a significant amount, but the staff was too busy playing around with what appeared to be an air soft helmet to help. I never had issues with service as most staffs were friendly and knowledgeable however after my close friend had recently visit their new location in salt lake city, my close friend had terrible service from a guy name Ross. Ross humiliated my close friend by accusing my friend of lying and yelling it in front of all the customers! What an A-hole. Great store. I needed a new carry gun and decided on a Glock 43. Called around and Impact was the cheapest--$30 less than the next lowest price, and $50-60 less than others. Now, I'm a bit picky about gun stores, in part because I'm a liberal on everything but guns. I expect that most gun shops and their proprietors have a conservative bent, and that's fine, but I hate walking into a place and feeling like I'm the enemy because I don't think that Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama are literally demons. That's why Gallenson's has been my go-to for years; regardless of the personal politics of the owners and staff, I never had to worry about seeing a whole bunch of "STOP KILLARY'S GUN BAN, BUY SOME STUFF YOU DON'T NEED NOW BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE!!!!!!!!" crap up on the walls. But, I figured I'd give Impact a chance because of the prices. So I walked in wearing my "Smash The Patriarchy" shirt. Didn't need to worry, as it turned out. Staff was polite and professional, and if they rolled their eyes at me they did so out of view, which is really all I ask. More to the point, the place is clean and well-organized, has an excellent selection, and has good prices on both firearms and ammunition. It's a little spartan compared to a lot of gun stores, which can wind up like a combination pawn shop/thrift store/hoarder's cabin, but personally I thought it was nice, though I do sometimes enjoy digging through bins of miscellaneous firearms-related stuff to see if there are any good deals. In any case, I checked out quickly, the background checks were run and the paperwork double-checked by different staff members (which is always nice to see), and I was in and out in a pretty brief amount of time. I still like Gallenson's, but Impact is definitely now on my list of shops to hit up. I highly recommend it. read more

We have been coming to impact for years and always had great service until today. We have recommended family and friends over the years. However, today they have lost several customers because of the poor service of their employees. Ross, who does not have much social skill or customer service, repeatedly made an ass of himself. The manager tried to explain the situation and was much more helpful but did not reprimand his employee when he repeatedly called me a liar when discussing the situation with the manager.
