The team laid out full instructions on medications, ordered it for me to the pharmacy, booked my covid test and gave me any relevant information I would need throughout. I like that this centre has the operation room within but he also has the ability to get you into Southlake if any complications were to occur. The procedure was extremely comfortable, I was never once in pain - even though I'm scared of IVs, the anesthesiologist Dr. Yu made me feel very comfortable and so did the nurse Rose - she fully distracted me and the I can't even remember falling asleep until I woke up. They really care about your well being because they kept asking me 3-4 times if I was in pain, and if I needed anything even though I was way groggy. Dr. Andrade called himself that night to make sure I was doing ok and then Leslee (another nurse) called the next day, and then I had a virtual follow-up and another in a few weeks. The post-op care really amazes me! I've never met such kind and caring healthcare professionals. The results are phenomenal, better than I could've imagined. If I'm ever getting anything done, I'm definitely coming here as my first choice and cannot recommend it enough. Also huge thing I love is when clinics are upfront on their pricing and you can see it all on their website before you even book a consultation.

I had a traditional abdominoplasty (drains and no progressive sutures) 18 months ago by another surgeon. I developed a large seroma extending from my breast bone to my pubic bone and 4 inches across. Despite CT scans and ultrasounds indicating I had a seroma the original plastic surgeon refuted the results of the tests instructing me to lose 20 pounds as he felt it was intra-abdominal fat (my BMI was 26). For over a year I was having issues bending over, turning in bed, feeling a constant tug, tightness across my abdomen and experiencing gastrointestinal issues. It affected all aspect of my life and I was struggling with depression as a result. I finally met with Dr Kreidstein who offered to help me, other surgeons refused. Immediately after surgery, although sore from the surgery, I immediately felt so much better. Dr Kreidstein removed the large seroma and a large amount of scar tissue, tightened the abdominal muscles (as I think the original surgeon failed to do so even though it was part of the surgery)Two weeks after surgery I was able to turn in bed, unaided, a feat I was unable to do for over a year. The large bulge/seroma was gone and my abdomen was 3 inches slimmer, even with post surgical swelling. Dr Kreidstein corrected the appearance of the belly button, lowered the "too high" scar and flattened the mon pubis area. My main goal was to feel better and the cosmetic appearance was not important. Not only am a feeling a million times better but my abdomen looks absolutely tremendous! It's flat, slim and trim! I can't say enough good things about Dr Kreidstein. He was genuinely concerned about me and monitored me very closely to ensure I recovered properly. I…read morereally feel for all the doctors nurses and office Honestly, I I wanted to be a surgeon, but my poor health didn't that I've been intoGrove Street a few times. I live in the Midland panic machine area and I lost my doctor. She retired from practice and she was wonderful. I can't find a new doctor. I have I'm 55 years old. I have a lot of medical issues and I have an daughter be around for for a while. She also needs a doctor for medical attention. She's due for shots and anyway I Went in and as usual, had a different doctor and the attitude of the staff seem like an annoyed to be there annoyed to be having to deal with us. I did not feel that he cared. I drove all the way down from Midland because I needed help. so I went to a walk-in clinic and I know one thing at a time, but I have a lot to deal with and he looked at me and said you have to go to your family doctor to get your prescriptions. I can't fill it. I can't this is walk-in clinic. We don't do that. We don't give refills and we're walk-in clinic again. We don't do referrals yet they already had. The definition of a walk-in clinic I thought it was a place that took people and helped guided them in the right direction when they didn't have a anywhere else to go. I came down for help and I was treated I left in daughter asked me why the doctor didn't like me and was so mean to me. It felt like I was on a grocery scanner with my health card on the way out I understand things are bad, but it was very uncomfortable thing I was in tears and then I had a full-blown panic attack and I had to wait to drive my eight-year-old was there and she saw it and she didn't understand and I couldn't answer for her. I couldn't tell her why he was so angry. Why are you so mean why I was so nothing to him the patient needs his help that needs his guidance and I was just frustrated at the door. I was less than a number and I don't understand it. It was very cruel. It was very awkward. It was very unprofessional. I loved feeling horrible and I know it's in the middle of the night. It's like three in the morning and I can't sleep and I had to leave this review because I just couldn't believe it. I'm so shocked. I'm so sad. I feel so hopeless. I understand that things are bad, but that doctor didn't care and I think it's retirement time for him when you stop caring about the people that you're supposed to be there to help and look at them as if they're nothing and tell them to go away because you can't help them. I just don't get that. What's going on with our healthcare sucks right now and I feel let down and now I gotta find out where to go because my daughter told me you can't go back there mommy that's not right eight years old what's going on? it must be so horrible for the doctors and nurses with medical in this country but and we're going through things too because of it and we need help if I had gone and become a surgeon maybe I would've gotten more respect when I I went to see him it was just horrible and I had to get it out. I had to share it because it was wrong. I went for help and I left feeling so much worse which is affecting my health so much more. I don't understand it wouldn't listen. He insisted that I had a family doctor and I told him three times. I just got felt like nobody I feel like a nuisance and annoyance to him and it wasn't much better at the desk out front. I'll tell you very uncomfortable experience now. I've gotta find somewhere else to go probably a longer distance. Shame on you. Shame on you grow Street walk-in clinic.
