The location has a nice ambiance, great service, and decent food. If you dine in, they will give you a table number after ordering so they can deliver to your table. They also serve you water. However, I was deeply disturbed when I am trying to eat and they had people come in with huge dogs and be near your table and food. I am a dog lover but you should not allow them in a food establishment for countless reasons. When an employee filled my water and asked if I was ok, I explained to him that dogs don't belong where people are eating and food is being served. He just froze and didn't respond. At that point I got up and left without even finishing my food. I will definitely not be back here again and I only give the place two stars because of the good service. read more

Impact Kitchen in Williamsburg is such a welcome addition to the neighborhood. Everything is housemade and is actual real food, and you can tell they prioritize quality over other 'healthy' concepts. The menu is gluten-free and seed-oil-free, and there's so many options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even just a snack. The space is perfect if you want to post up and work, catch up with friends, or just enjoy a meal. The service is always friendly and attentive, I love that they offer actual plates & water to your table when you dine in. This is my go-to spot pre/post workout, I always leave feeling actually good, not weighed down. Must try items are the chicken noodle soup, the island jerk bowl and the chocolate sea salt cookie - top contender for best cookie in the city!! I am a loyal customer with allergies who veryyy much appreciates this option near my apartment. I order many Impact meals on Grubhub, where they have made it possible to list allergies in response to a long back and forth I had with them after a dangerous allergy mixup in my order. The storefront has not been accepting Grubhub orders for 1 week now and I have been trying to get in touch with customer service and there has been no resolution. Grubhub is the only delivery platform of theirs that allows for allergy notes, and is also where my employee account lives through which I order lunches almost daily. I've texted with someone, but gotten very little information, you can't call and speak to anyone, and it's wild how inaccessible the customer service is. So sad to have to take my business elsewhere and hope this is resolved soon. read more

Tried them 5-10 times. Given them a chance again and again. I've come here to eat healthier but their food is just so bland. They'd probably say, "well, we use whole foods, no additives etc.", but I make way tastier food with whole foods at home and I'm no chef. Last time I asked for some sauce to come along with the Power Breakfast and they said "avocado is the sauce". Like what?! read more

This place used to annoy me but the breakfast burrito is so good lol. The staff are very nice and helpful too.

Love this place for it's healthy options like smoothies - my fav is the Lift, bone broth, salads and wraps - try the braised beef burrito! Free wifi, welcoming staff and a great place to fuel post workout. Barry's bootcamp is next door which is so convenient. read more
