When I have had any issues they have never hesitated in providing me with exercise options. Class sizes are small meaning you get personal attention and no two classes are ever the same. Sorry Les Mills, but creativity and variety is not your strong point. I will keep returning and highly encourage anyone else to give it a go.

Greg is a great art teacher and has taught me so much and so have the other art teachers there. The staff are so friendly and make you feel like you're at home. It's such a peaceful place to go to once a week and it really helps clear your mind. Every second week we draw based on a display in the centre of the room and also do portraiture, building all your skills and helping you get better as you go on. The art store within the school sells such great quality products for a much lower price than most art supply stores out there. The framing there is also such high quality. Definitely 10/10.

It was brutal getting out of bed to go to yoga this morning (6am in Canberra = hell to someone just arrived from Brisbane) but I did it. I signed up for the ten day pass for newbies ($30 for ten days for first timers). It was easy to get sign up though they place has just changed names (Previously Align) which was kind of confusing when I got an email form Align. The place might be a little hard to find as it is up a set of stairs but just follow the people with the yoga mats. I really enjoyed my first class. It had a good flow, the moves were good and the room was very big. My colleagues go lots of times a week and they really like the classes. Overall, I am going to keep going, though this weather might defeat me.

Second of all, (as you can see in the picture) there is many rock wall "stations" that you can choose from. It's very easy to climb yourself, although you do need a Ballay person to guide you down once finished with that specific wall. There is both Boulder climbing (without harness) and regular climbing (with harness). I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a fun time.

This is one of two rock climbing gyms in the Canberra area that I know of. I last came here about a…read moredecade ago (not a big Canberra climber) and it's fairly small compared to my normal gym in Sydney. Walls range from 6-8m and they claim to change routes periodically, which is a change from the last time I was here. I found most routes on the bouldering walls were excessively chalky, like they haven't been changed for some time. That being said, its a hard bouldering system, with limited easy routes, so you are best to figure out your own unless you want to take on some tricky moves. Staff are friendly and chatty which is good. Climbing walls are limited, but there are two bouldering sections, one upstairs and one downstairs. The one upstairs I wouldn't have noticed without someone telling me it was there. Entry prices are about $16.50 for adults, $11 for bouldering only - which is nice. Not sure it's worth the $16.50 for climbing, but I've not tried their climbing routes for a long time so can't be sure.

Aside from being EXTREMELY cost competitive with the other Dive Instruction Businesses in Canberra, but he offered a 1-on-1 teaching too... Which I thought was a pretty good investment for my son when he is learning to dive... Anyway, we did our Theory, & Andrew was a great teacher, I was very impressed & Joshie really picked it up from such great tuition... But there were two areas that made me realise Andrew was such an AMAZING Instructor, firstly, in the Pool session, Joshie had a bit of issue with buoyancy & got a little anxious, as he went like an upside-down turtle... This panicked Josh, & he almost wanted to quit... But Andrew was able to calm Josh down & helped Josh with his anxiety... Secondly, Andrew made the two Open Water Dives seem so easy, & Josh was at home... I don't think the smile left his face all the ride home... Aside from doing all the skills, Andrew gave us an amazing 2 dives... We saw at least 9 Octopus, a couple of Port Jackson Sharks, a huge Wobbegong Shark, 4 or 5 GIANT Bull Rays, a good 2 foot Flathead, plus Nudi-branche to boot... Not a bad Intro to diving for Joshie... Well Done Andrew & Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Josh's Dad (Trev)
