Drinks are pretty good, but the staff are so arrogant and rude. I wasn't greeted and had to wait for the girls at the front to get off their phones to take my order. I've been to a lot of nutrition shake shops and this one is one of the good ones!! The shop itself has super cute vibes, and they've got a lot of different flavors to choose from. I love that the shake didn't have any of those additives like cookie crumbles or syrups that make it not as healthy. And 31g protein!! Heck yea. I decided to try Impact Nutrition after the gym based on my brother's recommendations, and I'm glad I did! Upon walking in, I noticed a very clean and neat storefront. They offer an extensive healthy smoothie and tea menu, so shout-out to Kelsey for explaining everything to me and helping me find the perfect drink! Today was my second time visiting, and I decided to try their newly released red velvet flavor. I love tricking myself into thinking I'm eating something sinful, but in reality feeding my body healthy things. I previously tried the cinnamon roll flavor, and both of these flavors were like a post workout treat! I absolutely love the shakes/ teas from here. I come every single time I come back home, but the past couple of times I've visited, the workers have made it super unwelcoming. It gave such an awkward vibe to be there, the girl that took my order barely spoke and acted like it was an inconvenience that I was in there making her do her job. There was a guy working as well and he did ask questions and was definitely nicer to me and my mom, but the girl was just not having it, she looked bored out of her mind and did not care at all to be friendly to us. read more

The owner, Anthony, was extremely friendly and very helpful in explaining the health benefits of every drink. I tried the Elvis smoothie. It was super creamy, not overly sweet, and the perfect balance between banana and peanut butter.
