If I could rate a zero star I would. First off I've been coming here to this smoke shop for papers,…read moreprerolls, and vapes for months now. Slowly but surely has this place just gone from shady hole in the wall smoke shop to an actual pig slop inside. The store was disgusting with trash on the floor, all the glass cases had smudged & dust build up. That's just the first two seconds walking in. You're then "greeted" by an employee (black hair, heavy set, glasses, tall male) from the back room, not in sight of the front at all with a simple "what do you want?" How rude are your employees? Then after I'm ready to check out he says there new policy is scanning IDs not just looking. Which is great, keeps kids from buying. But tell me why the machine beeps & shows green that my ID is good but the employee "doesn't feel right about it". How do you have a machine your boss supplied you to do your job, and you still fail miserable at that? Unclean business, unprofessional & rude staff, and an unsee/uncaring owner. I'd highly recommend taking your business to a place that cares about their cleanliness & their customers.
