This gym is the only one I will ever go to. I've never stuck with any work routine until coming here. I hated working out before because I never knew what to do and felt like an idiot or that everyone was watching me. Here I can either follow the daily changing routines or do my own thing (they've supplied change ups for my bad ankles). Frank and Angie were never just coaches (though I met them from going here) they care about us and work with us to make sure we succeed the best we can. I went from being mediums in my clothes to smalls being baggy in 3 months. But I put in hard effort, I hit the bags as hard as I can and I do Kickboxing and their HIIT class right after. I have built up more strength than I ever dreamed possible! I feel like a badass and I seriously love it. I love love LOVE Impact Strong! After trying multiple kickboxing/boxing gyms, I found this one and couldn't be happier! They have the best prices and the best trainers who are actually personable and get to know each and every one of their members! The workouts are intense enough to get you sweating within the first 5-10 minutes, but are still simple enough for anyone to do! Going to Impact Strong is the highlight of my day. I have been working out here for about 6 months and for the first time ever, I actually started getting real results. Angie does her best to make sure you're staying on track. When I injured my shoulder and had to take 2 weeks off to heal, Angie actually took the time to call and make sure I was okay. And when I came back, she has helped modify the workouts so I didn't cause more injury but still felt the full impact of the exercise. I've made new friends and enjoyed every class I've been to. Honestly this is my favorite place to workout. I've done the bigger gyms before and i didn't feel like I was suppose to be there with all the judging they do..but at impact, none of that is going on. Everyone gets along and has fun, they keep you going for either a half hour or hour which ever you choose. The trainers gives you a hard time but you can dish it right back. It's all laughs and having fun while working out. And I've lost more weight and inches here at impact then I have at a bigger gym. And I'm one that doesn't like the way I look, but I haven't been happier either. Give them a shot. If you have a fun and good sense of humor, trust me you will fit right in. read more

This is one of my favorite places to workout. I've never been one to enjoy working out, but I've finally found a place where they have made it enjoyable to go. You get a solid workout in, regardless of how busy it is, and you see results. It doesn't matter the level of fitness you are in as there is flexibility throughout the classes. The instructors are helpful and easy to talk to and the environment is non-judgmental; not something you find very often in a gym. I love coming to impact strong it is so fun for me sometimes I don't wanna go but when I get in there my energy just changes instantly. I feel so welcome and really enjoy the instructors I also have a crazy schedule so it's really wonderful that they have 5:30 a.m. option classes as well as those really late night classes. I have been going to the gym for about a month lost some weight and signed up here at impact strong. Tried the kick boxing class and I was done in about ten minutes. It's a go at your own pace kind of place and thats cool. I'll be back there again. I recommend impact strong. They have some good membership options and everyone is welcome. read more

Impact Strong South Jordan is a 30 Minute Kickboxing and HIIT Fitness Gym. They also offer Zumba and yoga classes. This is a woman owned small business and you can feel the difference between this and other gyms in the area due to the personal touch.
