I ordered a wash/wax from Groupon and was unable to schedule an appointment to redeem. I called the…read moreoffice during business hours and got voicemail. I used the number provided by the website to text and was engaged in a conversation for a few minutes, but when it got time to schedule the appointment I was ghosted. I almost just gave up but I decided to call the office and again, no answer. Left a message and got no call back after a week. The lack of response makes me feel not cared for as a customer and really makes me lose confidence in the business. I would have loved to use their service again and again since so many people have had great experiences but I have to give a 1-star review for the poor communication. I ended up trading my Groupon in for another detail service. Unfortunately I am unable to post this review there since Groupon only allows reviews for redeemed groupons, which would artificially inflate the score if many people had problems with scheduling and eventually got fed up like I did. Their website seems to be having some issues of late since it is going down frequently and the online booking feature is not supported. If that was up and working well I think I would have a much better impression.

Now because a seat back part has to be removed ss well as removing the seats to install the seat covers properly I looked for a good upholstery company to do the job. When I found the Bullet Upholstery company, they said they could install them for me, and only charged me 1.5 labor hours!! That's a GREAT ESTIMATE, especially considering all the work that had to be done!! The seats turned out TERRIFIC, and I couldn't be more pleased!! Considering an initial estimate of $3000.00 to reupholster both front seats, I ended up buying seat covers, and having BULLET install them, and my cost of buying the seat covers, and having BULLET install them I spent LESS THAN $500.00!!
