I've come across a lot of car detailing companies in the past that made a lot of promises and charged a lot, but didn't deliver. After doing extensive research, I decided I to try out Riinse's service since so many their clients provided detailed reviews of their experiences. Furthermore, my neighbors have used their services repeatedly which built a lot of confidence in my decision. I felt really bad subjecting them to cleaning my car because this car has seen some things. When I mean seen something, I mean travelled across the country through various types of terrains, for better or for worse. It's survived sick passengers, a live birth as well messy monsters (children). I cannot tell you how thankful I am for Patrick's attention to detail when he worked on my car. It doesn't smell like roadkill and afterbirth anymore. The man is magic. I will definitely be using their services again. For those interested, Riinse is very reasonably priced than most places in the area and they do a very thorough job. The prices are listed on their website so no bait & switches. I ordered a wash/wax from Groupon and was unable to schedule an appointment to redeem. I called the office during business hours and got voicemail. I used the number provided by the website to text and was engaged in a conversation for a few minutes, but when it got time to schedule the appointment I was ghosted. I almost just gave up but I decided to call the office and again, no answer. Left a message and got no call back after a week. The lack of response makes me feel not cared for as a customer and really makes me lose confidence in the business. I would have loved to use their service again and again since so many people have had great experiences but I have to give a 1-star review for the poor communication. I ended up trading my Groupon in for another detail service. Unfortunately I am unable to post this review there since Groupon only allows reviews for redeemed groupons, which would artificially inflate the score if many people had problems with scheduling and eventually got fed up like I did. Their website seems to be having some issues of late since it is going down frequently and the online booking feature is not supported. If that was up and working well I think I would have a much better impression. read more

Please note that this review is only for reliability and not the work done. I scheduled an appointment with Riinse for today at 8am. He texted me 7 minutes before 8am to cancel. I thought this was a little sketchy because who wakes up minutes before a scheduled appointment and lets the customer know they are "ill". I worked my schedule around to fit his, I went to work early to take an early lunch, rescheduled a meeting and cleared out my entire car of my belongings, only to be told that he couldn't make it. Patrick came out and did an amazing job on our Ram work truck that has been on the job and then at the dirty campsite for 10 days-- He detailed every bit of the truck and it is now shining on the inside and out. He worked very hard in the blazing sun to make our vehicle look beautiful. He was completely equipped with his own power and water. (Which he used very little water) What a professional job ! Ordered the deal on Groupon, have left several messages trying to schedule service. I spoke clearly and concisely each time, and was in an area with 4 out of 5 bars for wireless network coverage. I have not received any calls back. When I went to the website, none of the buttons are functional and the scheduling feature is inactive. *UPDATE: 03/29/2020* My girlfriend was able to easily get the service I purchased scheduled, then re-scheduled. They showed up on time, and did an excellent job. The car truly looks showroom quality. Kris also messaged me and offered to take care of my vehicle for no charge (Groupon refund). I declined that offer since I did in fact receive what I paid for, but I appreciate that he would make the offer. My advice is to be persistent and maybe have more than one person attempt to schedule the service. read more

Rinse Mobile detailing detailed my car inside and out for a reasonable price. I booked follow up washes twice monthly but after the second wash they stopped coming. no follow up correspondence.....nothing. they just quit Follow Up: The owner Kris reached out and apologized for his lack of follow through blaming a 'scheduling oversight'. we tried to re-connect a couple times to get my car detailed but those occasions were also met with 'scheduling conflicts'. I appreciate kris's tenacity and business acumen and therefore i have raised my review to four stars. read more

Blown away with the amazing job Kris and his partner did on my car! I really wanted him to focus on the interior as I have a big dog who sheds and walks all over my light leather seats. He way out did himself, the carpets look amazing the leather looks brand new the car is spotless and smells so clean. Extremely unprofessional service. I scheduled a full mobile detail several days in advance. I received a text at the appointment time of the detail saying that he was very ill. Ok, fine, so we rescheduled for same time the next day. Same exact thing happened. So we again rescheduled for the next day. I checked in before the appt time to confirm we were still on. He confirmed that he was no longer ill and that we were on. When I returned home from work the car wasn't touched. He never even reached back out. My assumption is that it's just some guy with a truck and a hose who decides whether he wants to work or not every day. And apparently he would rather not. read more

I had a full interior and exterior detail done to my car so I could sell it. I hoped Riinse would make it look like new again and they did not disappoint! I had horrible looking hard water spots that I could not get out. They were able to get them out and make my car shine. They charge me $50 less than then I was quoted from another business, they included more in their package then the other business's comparable package and they came to my house. They arrived on time and had my car done in less than two hours. I was able to relax in my home instead of waiting in a customer lounge. So awesome! read more

I am updating my review because Kris contacted me extremely apologetic about the mix up regarding our inability to contact him. He offered his services for a free detail to make it right and I decided to give him a second chance and I'm so happy that I did! I have an older BMW that my mom sold me a year ago that needed cleaning in a bad way. Kris and his helper came out early to my house in Rancho and got right to work. Kris and his helper worked for 3 hours on my X3. He shampooed the interiors including the hatch back in the back. It looks brand new!!!! I smoke in my car and you can't even tell its EVER been smoked in. Its friggen spotless and the leather is immaculate. I live in a brand new housing area and they're doing a ton of construction here. Well I guess while they were painting some houses...the mist of white paint was all over my car. Kris and crew got it completely off as well as waxed my X3 until it was glowing including my rims!! Very unprofessional!! Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ahead of time for my bosses 32 foot horse trailer. Had a window appointment from 8 AM till 10 AM. I called a couple days ahead of time to confirm my appointment no one called me back I called that morning before the appointment no one answered no one call me back waited an hour after my appointment tried to call no one ever called me back. Riinse is absolutely amazing!!! The interior of my car accumulates some serious grim. I'm a nanny, a rescue dog transporter, and I go to the dog park regularly with my 80 lb german shepherd who thinks the car is her personal playground. Needless to say there was animal fur on every inch of my interior and then some. It was time for a detail, but everyone charges through the roof for excessive pet hair. Cue fateful night on groupon where I discovered Riinse. They came to my home and all they needed from me where the car keys. 2 hours later I get a call to come outside because it is all finished. I could have cried. My car is absolutely beautiful. It looks as if I just drove it off the lot. I wish I had before pictures. If you're on the fence, just pull the trigger. To be honest, my car was pretty filthy, but Patrick didn't groan or make me feel embarrassed about it. Great experience using Riinse recently ! I had a lease turn in that was in desperate need of some love and these guys didn't disappoint! My car had everything from embedded husky fur, juice spills, gold fish crumbs and even melted fruit snacks (yuck I know )! I bought the Living Social deal for a full auto detail, to prep my car to sell. I had to call several times before finally getting someone to answer to make an appointment. The appointment was made on Tues 1/2 for Tues 1/9 at 12-2pm. I told him that I would be dropping my daughter at school at noon a ways away, so I wouldn't be home right at noon for them to start on the car. He said that was fine and to just leave it unlocked in the driveway so they could get started. He acted very accommodating and even offered to remove my window decals for me. The morning of 1/9 arrived and it was pouring rain. I called multiple times and left two voicemails to say that I had left the car in the garage and I wanted them to work on it inside out of the rain when I got home. I never received an "on our way" call or response of any kind. I arrived home from dropping my daughter at school. No one was there, no one showed up, and no one ever called me back. I thought maybe there was a misunderstanding. I called several more times over the last few days. No one answers. Today is Friday 1/12. I just talked to Living Social to get a refund for my voucher. Not sure what is going on with this flakey company, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I'm not sure where to begin. I've waited two weeks to write my review because I wanted to chill out and focus on the positive, but each day I get into my car I'm noticing something else. The day of my appt I was told I'd get a call when someone was on their way, 30 minutes after the two hour arrival window had passed, I called twice and had to leave a message, no one called me back. I got onto to the website, did the online chat, explained the situation, and was surprisingly texted by someone I perceived to be the owner. He said he would come back from Tahoe the next morning and personally take care of my car. How cool is that?! I paid $220 cash to have my tiny little Subaru detailed inside and out. And I came out with a car that still (after ALL the rain we've had) has a waxy film all over the windshield. There are still marks of wax that hadn't been buffed out all the way, the area around the rear license plate is still caked with grime, and to top it all off - what prompted me to finally write a review - I just pulled my phone charging cord out from under the drivers seat and saw that underneath the seats had barely been wiped off. The gear shift is still covered in dust. And my car was damn clean to begin with, it just had that interior dust the accumulates. And it still is there. I've had much better jobs done elsewhere and will never use this business again. I regret paying cash too. It was not at all worth it. read more
