I recently had my windows tinted here. The front desk lady was friendly and the process was quick, but I'm not fully satisfied with the final result. After installation, I noticed visible streaks/lines and some imperfections on the glass (see photo). It's especially noticeable in sunlight and doesn't look like a clean professional finish. For the price I paid, I expected better quality. While this place may be good for auto glass services, it doesn't seem to meet the standard for professional window tinting. This place was less than 10 minutes from Elk Grove and easily able to locate right off Highway 99. I walked into the shop for the quote and the lady was super polite and was very attentive to me to address my needs and exactly what I needed to be replaced on my Honda Civic. Cracked windows and windshields are the worst! So I looked up places near me to get quotes and by far Low Cost Auto Glass & Tinted windows have the best price. Not only that, but their response via Yelp have been very quick. First service was for last year, my boyfriends back window was broken and for a good deal he came in and got it replaced. That window is still going strong. 2nd services are for recently, when mine and my boyfriends windshields each had a crack. We both came at separate times and days but got in and out real quick, within an hour I'd say. They do offer mobile service for an extra fee as well. Location is Gerber and Stockton Blvd near the junk yard/pick and pull like area but to the far back. Can't miss it, the sign is pretty big when you enter the parking lot. I just parked my car and walked to the office. The place is a little whole in the wall and a odd waiting area with chairs that could be replaced. The location was the hardest part of the service. Their shop is at the south end of the Pick n Pull parking lot. Fortunately there is a traffic light and you can turn in then head south.
