Lyn was incredibly patient and walked me through everything, making sure I felt comfortable (and brave enough) to go through the tunnel for my first time. Car wash itself is run down inside. Towels are not actually washed just run through a half working dryer at a rapid speed to half dry them. Do not go to the car wash. If you use a credit card, it's three dollars and you get extra time for that. The next day when I checked my credit card They listed the charge of $10. After three days of checking my credit card I now see that they lowered the $10 to 650 that is way too much for a self service wash. For two dollars more you can get a really great wash at town center car wash a mile north of them. You use this self service at your own risk, and I do mean risk.

This location used to be my go-to for tires, tire rotations, and oil changes since I bought my…read moretires from Bell Tire. Unfortunately, not anymore. After hearing about bad experiences from friends, I recently had my own. I went to two different places -- one for an oil change and one for a tire rotation -- and both asked who had serviced my car last. The answer was Bell Tire. My oil had been overfilled by 2 quarts, which can cause serious damage. On top of that, my locking lug nuts were tightened so tight that a tire shop couldn't remove them -- I had to go to a mechanic. The mechanic even said an inexperienced person must have been working on my car, and that locking lugs should not be tightened as much as regular ones. What worries me most is that if I had a roadside emergency, I wouldn't have been able to change my own tire. Between my experience and others I've heard about, I no longer recommend this location. Thankfully, Roadrunner Oil Change, Warehouse Tire, and Mo-Tech Automotive fixed the issues, $100 later!
