Since I didn't want to risk pulling it out myself and ending up with a flat tire in my driveway (which is only a few houses away), I brought it in for a quick check. To their credit, they took a look right away, removed the plastic, and re-inflated the tire. The whole process was quick and the staff was courteous. That said, I was charged $75, which they have posted in the front office as a diagnostic fee. I had essentially diagnosed the issue myself when I saw the large piece of plastic sticking out of the tire, so the charge felt a bit high for what turned out to be a simple fix. While I was paying, I asked what they would charge to mount and change a tire, and I was told $30--which made the $75 charge feel even more out of proportion. Overall, I appreciate the prompt service and professionalism, but I did walk away feeling a little undervalued as a customer given the simplicity of the issue.

As soon as he heard the sound he said "sounds like you got a rock stuck in there". I asked if he thought he could fix it tomorrow if I left it there overnight. When he heard I lived an hour away he made room to get me in today and sure enough, it was a rock stuck in my caliper. Fantastic service and very reasonable! So happy this shop was nearby!
