Well last Monday I came in for a "oil change and to top off trans fluid. Thinking about $100, well the staff was testing a new guy on how to work with customers! He proceeded to tell me A WOMAN, that all fluids need a flush front and back. Well when the other guy came for credit card he said $313.. I was shocked, I was so shocked and confused because I was never told prices. I would have never ever spend that much money when I was just getting oil change. My husband was PISSED OFF, he says they totally took advantage of you as a woman and he does not want to ever use this place again! Btw it's unreal how much I paid and the new guy never even mentioned price I was not even going to bring It up to a review But it just ERKS me these men would be clueless to telling me PRICES read more

The staff is friendly and helpful. My oil change was fast and efficient and I was on my way in minutes. Highly recommended.

Definitely the best car wash in town! They do know how to wash a totally mud covered car without even asking. My car always seems clean when it comes out of here. Went after work. Waited In DTE traffic just to receive sarcastic Comments from the looser running the show. I waited for a traffic cone to be moved that separated the car washes two lanes. Instead of one of the 4 people simply moving the cone for me this loser comes out and calls me a "goofball" and insinuates that I ran it over and now why don't I just go around it. (It was in the middle of the two lanes. I wasn't sure what way to go. Plus....I wasn't the person that ran it over. I was so taken back by how he talked to me that when I finally made it to the actual door of the wash I told him if I could back out I would. He pointed to the side exit and said, go right a head. I gladly left. Unfortunately for them this is where both of my vehicles used to get washed and oil changes. NOT anymore. read more

Was in town on vacation, had a long drive and needed to get changed. They even told me it was still clean and full, didn't look like it needed changing. I elected to get changed anyway and they said we just don't want to rip anyone off. High mileage oil was very reasonable! Also got car wash with pre scrub and towel dry for $9, great job there too!! It has now been a month that I have not heard back from anyone about my report that was made on 06/08/14 for scratches on the right side of my GMC Terrain after going through their car wash for the first time ever. I also called after I left because I was told; by the person who inspected my car and wrote the report, to have it cleaned again because it was not cleaned that well from their car wash the first time. I was very hesitant because it obviously scratched up my car the first time but he insisted I go through again and that he didn't think anything would happen. When I got out of my car after the second car wash I noticed another new scratch on the drivers side door that was not there before. The manager, at the time, also checked that side when writing my repot to see that there was no damage on the drivers side before proceeding to go into the wash for a second time. I immediately called back and there was no answer, so I left a message. I was smart to take my own pictures though, so they were date and time stamped of when the scratches were made. I am from Oakland Township and normally only get my car washed by Jax or Mr. C's but I was in the area for work and thought I would try it out. This car is a lease, I've only had it for a year and rarely drive it. I have never had scratches on any of my 2 cars that I have owned in my life, other than non-fault car accidents. I am very frustrated that I have still not had a return call and have now left 2 voicemails, called 5 times over the course of a month with no progression in this case. I HIGHLY don't recommend going here, if something happens to your vehicle they're very likely to just brush you off and push you under the rug! read more

Nothing very complicated about this wash but if you want a good wash, done fast, without spending too much, go here. It was 6 dollars, they use a pressure washer to get the dirt all off of the sides of your car and tires before letting you go through the wash and finish with a quick towel dry. The line looked huge at first but it actually moved very quickly. Awesome! read more

Stay far away from Town Center Auto Wash on Sashabaw in Clarkston. They damaged my vehicle (tire) on December 30th. After 2 weeks of calling (daily) I finally received a call back from the owner, Steve, basically saying he will call me back in a day or two and never does. Other than not being able to communicate with their customers they were unable to show me the video of the incident. Steve offered me $45 for a tire that costs $150. I'm declining his offer and going to do my best to leave a review on every possible platform I can find. What happened to honest people who stick to their word or service? All new employees now. New manager name Shawn. They have brought quality of service down. Got my last oil change from them 9/23/18 They had me start my car after changing oil. To check for leaks. I could hear oil spraying out underneath the car. There yelling shut it off shut it off. I believe that they forget to tighten the oil filter or possibly even put one on. I told them they probably needed to add more oil now. They said not much leaked its full. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Put 200 miles on the car before I checked it. Didn't show any oil at all on dipstick. They put 3 quarts in and I could hear shawn telling the workers. It was because I had them use mobil 1full synthetic. That the car burned the oil up was why it was low. The car does not leak or burn any oil ever. These people are incompetent. They probably just shortened the life of a perfectly good motor. read more

This is probably the worst and most expensive car wash around. Terrible service on the car - just a brief spray by kids before entering. No soft brush on windows or license plate/back of car - nothing. Hand drying is also close to bon-existence. I only go here as a last resort. read more

I have brought my vehicle here for 3 years and have received excellent service. After my last oil change I started leaking oil so I took it into the dealership and they let me know that my oil housing was cracked. I asked them how the oil housing gets cracked and they said that it happens when someone cranks on it too hard during the oil change when putting the cap back on. I asked if there was any other way this could happen and they said no. Since they are the only ones who do my oil changes this means that one of their guys cracked my housing and cost me $680 between the repairs and rental vehicle. I contacted them via their contact us form and Facebook requesting a reimbursement on the 18th of December. The only response I have received was they were sorry for the inconvenience and all of the owners were gone for the holidays. It is more than an inconvenience to lose that kind of money around the holidays so my family went without. Still waiting to hear from them even though it is now past the holiday. read more
