My previous espresso machine gave me 9 yrs of consistent great tasting lattes which were better than any of my local to me coffee shops. I was talked out of my decision by the sales person over the phone to equipment that they recommended. I spent over $3,000 dollars and in almost a year I have had perhaps 2 lattes that were good, not great. I have kept meticulous notes on settings (almost a notebook full). I have called them and also wrote a review explaining my difficulties on their website which they did not publish which explains why their reviews on their website are so positive. They choose to only publish good ones. I will say that the Profitec Move looks good sitting on the counter but for me that is the only positive. I also bought the Eureka grinder. Hands down I have never made such a costly mistake. I am retired and I saved for 2 yrs for this purchase and really cannot afford to buy something else. I can't in good conscience sell this equipment to someone else (I have not idea who would want it). I do not recommend Clive Coffee or this equipment.
