This place... wtf?…read more It's a tent attached to a semi-permanent structure. How do they even lock it up at night? The food was waaay overpriced for said structure. I ordered a martini and the waitress spilled it all over our table... didn't wipe it up... didn't offer me another. The Caesar salad dressing was sweet? My husband's food was fine, but this is like the only restaurant in town and it's a joke. The ambiance is "trying to be a restaurant" but let's be honest, it isn't. It's a glorified food tent with steakhouse pricing. I guess if you randomly wind up in a stupid little town called Silt, it's a "restaurant" per se.

I hate to say it, but it tasted like the first steak a middle school son tries to grill for the first time. My dads wasn't even one steak, it was chunks of meat, probably the trimmings... they ordered it medium and it was past well done - we left dinner with half of a 5oz steak untouched. Our server was friendly but that only goes so far. We are gonna go somewhere else next time and not recommend this further. For 130 dollars for three people, I have to give this a 1/5 because of poor food and slow service.

I'm a big fan of orange beef and have tried it at restaurants all over the world. Shanghai Garden's orange beef is the BEST I'VE EVER HAD.
