    Sesame Chicken

First off, it was just great to have a lunch date with my beautiful bride! That said, we started the experience off with a great introduction and supremely friendly server. I began with a bowl of nearly the best hot and sour soup I have had to start a meal! Dark rich broth full of veggies and eggs and chicken. No tofu in this one. Lemongrass for a perfectly balanced flavor profile. Moving on to my wife's spicy tuna roll. It was maybe a little salty for me but she thoroughly enjoyed the appetizer. This brought us to the main course. I don't venture too far from my favorites, and today was not to change that. I love sesame chicken and I'm glad I do because this again, was one of the best I have had! And Ruth? She had the largest plate of chicken pad Thai I have seen...EVER! And of course I had to try it. All that I had hoped! It was also delicious. After I've written this review, I'm going downstairs to heat up the leftovers, of which there were plenty.

We visited this restaurant on a quiet afternoon and were content with our meals. There was a distinct lack of strong flavor -- they were a bit bland -- but the low prices and large portions made up for it! These two meals lasted us two days. Also, our server was knowledgeable about dietary restrictions and allergens and was able to make me a celiac safe gluten free meal. Thank you!!

I'm surprised this bistro is only 3.5 stars! I came here for Thai food last night for dinner and it was amazing! There were only a few tables dining in and all were spaced very far apart. We ordered the green curry with chicken, chicken fried rice, chicken pad Thai and spicy garlic mixed veggies. The food was delicious, fresh with large portions. For a table of 4 peeps, we even had leftovers. The service was on par, friendly and attentive. The Thai iced tea I felt was watered down. I am normally used to the chalky flavor and it wasn't there. I would make a change to the menu. The front of the menu is all Chinese food and dim sum. The back is Thai food. The name suggests it's a Thai food restaurant but was confused as they serve another ethic food as well. I feel it could be misleading and confusing to customers.

I came here for my birthday, the staff was very welcoming, and the Tempura was delicious, The Calamari was breaded, and thus crunchy (which is a plus in my book), the decor was nice, and overall, it's a really nice place. 10/10.

Good customer service and good calm interior in the nice down town of Rifle. I ordered the Hakutsuru Sayuri Sake and it was good! The chicken pad Thai was average and the jalapeño popper appetizer was kinda hard to eat. The Spicy tuna roll was delicious and I didn't get a picture.

Disappointing. Food was average at best. I was craving Thai food and sushi and there just aren't many food options, so I decided to give this restaurant a try again. Overly priced for mediocre food. I couldn't finish sushi (Dragon Rolls) because it wasn't tasty, and beef lo mein was average at best. Noodles and beef were mushy. Maybe I'll get the courage again next year and hope for improvements.

We were staying at a motel nearby while on a hiking trip and were craving some Thai food. We've always loved Thai food, and for that reason, have eaten at many places. The food was somewhat mediocre, but the quantity was satisfying. The staff wasn't much welcoming either. Overall, we had somewhat of a decent experience at this restaurant.

I wanna begin by saying I'm the type of person that gives restaurant a second chance especially when it's a Moms & Pop when there's bad reviews. I order the pad thai (Tofu) and it was by far the most disgusting plate I have ever experienced! When I open my container I was a disappoint the noodle tasted old & to much sauce. I knew something was up when I saw the outside and said Sushi/Thai do yourself a favor dont goto this place. This place is a disgrace to Thailand P.S I'm not from Thailand ( I'm actually Indian & Central American) this place isn't Thai at all and this is coming who is from LA if you ever come to LA try NIGHT + MARKET IN SILVERLAKE. You won't be disappointed at all!

Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and American food at good prices.

Service is outstanding, food is scrumptious and the menu is even more varied and delicious when you dine in. We ordered two appetizers, crying tiger and crispy chicken wings. Both came with different sauces, and the one they use for the wings is something I would like to bottle and take home. It's tangy and spicy! I ordered the beef noodle bowl and my husband had the duck red curry that he loves. Fantastic! The restaurant is small but beautifully decorated and maintained. We absolutely adore this place!

There were a few little fountains on the perimeter, turf on the ground, and decorations hanging from the trees. They had a really nice high chair with a tray for our baby. It felt like kids were welcomed even though the vibe felt upscale. They had plastic kids plates and cups. They were very accommodating of our sons dairy allergy. Even though they don't have an official kids menu they were helpful finding something that our 3yr old and baby might like. I got the yellow curry with tofu and it was excellent. The curry sauce was flavorful and warming.

The service has been excellent and exceeded my expectations every time. The waiters and waitresses go out of their way to make me and other patrons feel welcome and special. The sushi was impeccably made. One of my favorite things on the menu is the Tom Kha Gai soup. I recommended it to three other people and they all agreed it was some of the most delicious soup they had ever eaten. Just the right blend of flavors and spices. Absolutely incredible. Worth going to the restaurant just to get the soup! The ambience is cozy and nice and not overcrowded. The prices are reasonable, especially for lunch. You receive such large portions! Unfortunately, for us, the restaurant was fully booked until 830 or 9pm. The hostess found a way to squeeze 3 of us in a table for 2 and we couldn't have been happier. Our server was prompt and friendly. She helped us narrow down some dinner choices. Two of us ordered the Thai fried chicken, after recommendation, and the third ordered a soup with shrimp. We split a cashew brownie with banana ice cream at the end. From start to finish, the meal was amazing. Every single piece was packed with flavor. The chicken was crispy, the sauce was spicy but not too spicy. The rice on the side was coconuty, creamy, and dreamy. The document slaw had a nice vinegar-y bite to complement the rest of the plate. My friend said the laksa with shrimp was the best she's ever had. The brownie was warm and crisp on the outside, but gooey in the middle. Despite the restaurant being on the smaller side and heavily crowded, we were able to speak to each other at normal volume. Stop in (repeatedly) if you haven't already!
