I signed in and barely had time to look around to see the displays of cell phones, tablets and internet equipment when my name was called. I have had Spectrum Internet service for several years, and only recently began experiencing some connectivity issues. I explained what was happening, and they looked over our plan and equipment listed. They gave me a new router that works with our new modem, no charge, and sent out a technician to install it and ensure everything was working properly. The few times I have gone to the store, I have always been well taken care of and issues resolved. The employees have always been friendly, helpful, professional, and caring. The prices for their plans are reasonable. I am happy with their service.

Horrible customer service I went in this store to inquire…read moreabout my mom's cracked screen. A guy came up and told me I had to do it over the phone etc. Ok. Then, I asked about a promotion I heard about. He said "yes, and?" I said well I'm with AT&T and I would like to take advantage of something like that. He told me that I needed to unlock my phone first (without looking at it) and come back. I asked more questions about the different iPhones since it's been awhile since I got a new one. (I have XR) I felt like I had to keep pulling info from him. There wasn't anyone else in the store that I was keeping him from. Later, I unlocked my phone within 15 min and was told I could've just done it at the store which is what I had done before with AT&T but figured maybe it was just a Verizon thing. No, it was just that this guy didn't "feel" like gaining a new customer or dealing with having to do what needs to be done to sign someone up.
