When you arrive, just inside the door, there is a screen where you check in as a walk-in, or to confirm a previously made appointment. I signed in and barely had time to look around to see the displays of cell phones, tablets and internet equipment when my name was called. I have had Spectrum Internet service for several years, and only recently began experiencing some connectivity issues. I explained what was happening, and they looked over our plan and equipment listed. They gave me a new router that works with our new modem, no charge, and sent out a technician to install it and ensure everything was working properly. The few times I have gone to the store, I have always been well taken care of and issues resolved. The employees have always been friendly, helpful, professional, and caring. The prices for their plans are reasonable. I am happy with their service.

When you try to cancel, they try way too hard to keep you as a customer. The process is painstaking and their service is not worth it. Too many disconnections and buffering moments with spectrum. This Texas REP ( Retail Electric Provider) offers a competitice fixed rate plan…read more according to the EFL Unfortunately, like many shady actors in the TX deregulated electric market the legal documents are difficult to interpret, sign-up is confusingly ambiguous and misleading. Annoyingly their bill includes some undisclosed PUCT "approved" utility charges , (vaguely described, huh?) They round the meter readings ( which reports to 3 decimal places) to whole kiloWatt numbers which results in fractional increased usage for consumer while charging their Per $kWh rate to 5 decimal places ; 2 more than shown on EFL.( and also fractionally higher rate) They charge an abusive $7.99 nuisance FEE for not enrolling in AutoPay and Electronic Billing. Their signup webpage was misleading,and confusiing, so I apparently I selected the wrong billing email option and was charged the full $7.99 fee even with with Autopay selected... There is NO Option "Electronic Billing" on their webform, I am sure their legal team ensures they stay on or within the lines of legal.; BUT it feels shady to me.
