Don, the Autozone salesman went above and beyond customer service to help me purchase the correct oil for my car. He double checked to make sure the oil level was perfect. Most, of all he went and got the oil off the shelve. He also help me with my purchase and then he pure each oil bottle in my car with a smile. Don, is truly the best sales and customer service employee ever.

I bit the bullet, dropped the driveshaft and brought it to Knoxville Driveline. They noted that one of the "new" U Joints was already kinked up. They replaced them with better parts and balanced out the shaft. My truck is much happier now. Wish I would have gone with them in the first place. I'd definitely use them again.

I walked over to the bulb section and the guy at…read morethe counter picked up the phone and started yelling at the person on the other line. legit Screaming in frustration because the guy didn't know which bearing he needed. i just walked out. Complete nut jobs they got working on night shift. Yelling at customers because they wont Tell you what the part is intended for because you can't look it up in the computer because YOU don't know what a bearing seal is. Literally couldn't imagine the frustration of the guy over the phone that literally called for a bearing seal thirty minutes before closing on february 6th and getting yelled at by the black guy with dreads. so stupid. Fire that dude. I left I was so mad at the employee for the guy that had nothing to do with me. I'll come back on day shift when there ain't no thugs working.
