No pressure from the salesman to buy a vehicle and had a nice selection of new and used vehicles. Didn't try to sneak in hidden fees

Shane Anderson has been the best to work with- he even helped give me advice after my wife hit a deer in her new Rogue.

Two months after purchase, the sunroof stopped working. I had purchased an extended warranty when I bought the vehicle, only to find out at the service appointment that the sunroof wasn't covered. Fine these things happen. I agreed to pay out of pocket to have it repaired. What wasn't fine: $5,000 and THREE service visits later, the sunroof still does not work correctly. None of the buttons function as they should. I have to manually partially open and close it just to get the interior panel or the window to respond at all. This is not a fixed problem. This is a $5,000 problem that was never resolved. To top it off, I recently received a follow-up email asking me to contact them about my expired warranty and spend more money to "keep my truck protected." No acknowledgment of the ongoing issue. No follow-up on an unresolved repair. Just a sales email. If your service team is tracking customer history, someone should have caught this before hitting send. If they're not, that's an even bigger problem. I would not recommend this dealership. Buyer beware.

WARNING, I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS!!-…read moreDisrespectful liars. I am going to invite you to strap your seatbelt over and buckle up for my review. As a female, I know many dealerships will target woman because generally they do not know much on cars, so I did a lot of studying before I went so I wouldn't be taken advantage of. I came in to look at a 2024 Kia Sportage SX Prestige that is black and red interior. I found a similar car, same make, model, trim, year, interior/ exterior color, BUT with 18k miles less and still in warranty, but was a bit further so I decided to take a look at the same car but closer to home. I went to the dealership and started to walk in. I got stopped by a salesman and he said he was finishing up with a customer, but he will introduce me to someone who he has worked with for 13 years named Buddy. He is an older man, I introduced myself and him to me. I test drove it and loved it. I didn't want to narrow in on that one car, so I asked if he had anything else within my price limit and expectations and I drove another car, which was a ford edge. As I drove I heard a loud noise the entire time driving and asked him if he did. He didn't until I put down the window. I asked if I should take it to the shop area, and he said no, which made me concerned about the state of their vehicles and what they try to sell them as. I decided that I liked the Kia and was curious about the numbers and it wouldn't hurt to see what they wanted for it. They showed me a number significantly higher, 4k higher out the door. I showed them the other vehicle and it being exactly the same, but the MSRP was listed 3k less (out the door price was 4k less). Buddy tried to get all defensive and said that they aren't the same and went to go get the carfax to show me the difference. There was a slight difference (350$ and it was listed on the car fax as such) but everything else was identical, yet less miles and still under warranty was a significantly better selling point. I pointed out the only difference, and the price and he got insulted, started stacking the papers and beginning to dismiss me. I asked him if I could keep the carfax and he snapped back NO. It wasn't just his words, it was his demeanor, his tone, and blatant disrespect just because I was challenging him. I responded, "excuse me?" and then he proceeded to tell me "You aren't going to take my papers out of this dealership". At that point I got up because I wasn't going to tolerate the way he was speaking to me. As I began to walk away he yelled over, "You aren't going to use my deal to get a better deal somewhere else" and at that point I felt anger arise and I responded "What deal?? you didn't give me a deal, trust me, I got a much better offer than you gave me." I was so angry from the disrespect, I had to go to the bathroom to calm down. When I walked back, I beelined it to where the sales manager was and who he was directly talking to. I asked the sales manager if there was a problem and why I was not able to keep a carfax for my documentation. I was going dealership to dealership doing my due diligence to make sure I get a good deal. Brian (the sales manager) said there was no problem for me to keep it, and handed it over to me. I then told him the Buddy told me I couldn't, and Buddy said he didn't and I stopped him yes sir you did. Brian then asked me what price could keep me. I said I did not want to give my business to them, especially with that sales man. He offered another salesman, and I said I am not wanting to give them my business, and I walked out. Again I was so angry I needed to sit in my car. Brian came out to my car and asked me again. I continued to say No. Then he kept persisting. I finally gave him a number and he said yes to it. I said I am still angry and he said take lunch and email him. It took me all day to calm down and realize at the end of the day I liked the vehicle and don't let the horrible salesman affect me when I liked the vehicle. I finally e-mailed Brian that night stating I would come back in if he was a man of his word and held up the verbal agreement we came to. He did not answer. I then reached out one last time to see if he was a man of his word, and again he never responded. These men are sleazy sales-men who are the reason they get this bad reputation. They are dishonorable, disrespectful, manipulative, lying sales men. Do not give your business to this dealership, because they are only going to screw you over. They took me as a target and when I wasn't an easy one, they became aggressive and began an altercation. I am warning all customers to take your business elsewhere. After car shopping for 6 vehicles in my life time, I have never in my life been treated so poorly. They lost my business, and I was going to pay CASH.

Was told diagnostic fee was $89 that they don't go by other codes their techs didn't pull. So gave her the codes we knew already so they'd know. Waited 2 hours and get called back. Tech says radio has "internal error" ... no kidding I knew that it doesn't work. Then told me they found the code I had given them for the cat error and said the tech said " internal error on cat". Are you serious?! They charged me $89 plus tax to tell me exactly what I told the service person checking me in. When I questioned she said they didn't do deep diagnostic cause I only wanted to pay one diagnostic fee then says they normally charge $89 per code, so it's not a single diagnostic fee. Imagine how many people they rip off with diagnostic fees alone! Literal waste of my time and money for nothing.

I would strongly caution anyone considering selling a vehicle to Rusty Wallace Honda in Knoxville…read more I had a family member who recently passed away, and I was trying to sell his Honda Ridgeline as part of settling his affairs. I sent this dealership detailed photos of the truck and explained my situation upfront, including that I live over an hour away and needed to make sure a trip would be worth it. We agreed on a price range over the phone based on the photos I provided. When I arrived, after driving over an hour, they suddenly claimed there were scratches and dents that weren't visible in the pictures I had already sent them, and used this as an excuse to offer me 3,000 dollars less than what we had agreed to. If they had concerns about the condition of the vehicle, they had every opportunity to raise them before I made the drive. Instead they wasted my entire day during an already difficult time. This felt like a bait and switch tactic, agree to a price to get you in the door, then lowball you once you've already committed the time and gas to show up. Do not sell a vehicle to this company or do any business with them. They are scammy and do not honor what they agree to over the phone.
