Then called back after they checked it out, explained everything to us, no gimmicks, no nonsense, just straight up honest facts. Price are very reasonable, beat every dealership around, and they went above and beyond doing the repairs. Found a rear main seal that was leaking, replaced it, and only charged us for the part. Try that at a dealership. We live in Jonesborough, but this is where we are getting our vehicles serviced from now on. Came to pick up my wife's truck and dropped mine of for a much needed transmission fluid change. Really can't say enough about these folks, we are very blessed to have folks like them in our area. I asked so if I come around 3:30 it should be ready. He said yes. At 3:00 when I got home I called again expecting my car would be ready and I wanted to get the price so I could bring enough cash. Stephen again answered and told me "it was the next one in the bay". They close at 5:00. The last thing I wanted was a rushed job. Plus I felt lied to. There are many other shops that can replace brakes in my area. I will avoid this shop in the future and save myself time and frustration. Plus I don't want anyone rushing to get my car ready. After I got my key from the office I caught Shal to explain my disappointment after I took so much time to get this vehicle dropped off and picked up by another friend. Neither he nor anyone in the office seemed apologetic nor care that they didn't get my car ready as they said. Too bad so sad was their attitude.
