He looked in the garage at a car on the lift, said that's where we do the testing -- it will be awhile. That's it. This is the second time I tried this location for my emissions testing. The service person never even looked at the other tires. One of the tires is brand new so that would not constitute 4 Tires to be replaced. I went another service provider who was able to plug the tire and indicated that three of my tires had a very good tred and one of my tires was almost new. The second provider was honest where Firestone was just looking to make a buck. Buyer beware know how to check the tree on your tires so you don't fall into this trap.
