Everyone else quoted between $170-$250 and either made it sound like an imposition, or like they'd be doing me a huge favor. I called D&P and the person I spoke to (I didn't get his name) gave me a cash quote with tax included that was SO much lower than everyone else. He said they'd just need one hour notice of whenever I needed the tow. I texted him (it's the number on the Yelp page) the info on my car's make/model/year/color, as well as the pick-up address, drop-off address, and the tow time requested. I made a note to text him again one hour before the needed tow just to reconfirm. He acknowledged receipt of both texts. The tow operator arrived a couple of minutes early and was ready to go. I paid him cash to avoid the 6% credit card fee, and added a tip (because service jobs are often so thankless). We were on the same page about where the car was headed, so I took off and let him do his job. My car arrived at the destination location 20 minutes later, in perfect condition. So I'm telling you -- save yourself the $50-$100 and go with these guys! They deserve your business, even though they have fewer Yelp reviews than other local companies. They are possibly just newer on the scene and still building a reputation. But they are prompt, they are professional, and most of all they are just truly good and decent dudes. Thank you, D&P!

They gave me a tour of the facility where I saw other high end classics that they were working on. I developed a real comfort level with Mike and decided to give him the job to help me finish the car. What a great decision! From the onset, Mike was nothing but honest and reputable. He told me from the beginning that if I wanted this car in a month, he was not the right man for the job. I told him to take all the time he needed, just do it right. With less than 60,000 miles and only a few years old, claiming a total loss on the car would have been a serious waste. Without getting into too many details, my Accord was hit on the highway by tractor trailer truck resulting in damage to nearly the entire driver's side from the back to the front. I'm happy to be alive and somehow completely unharmed. As for the car, that was another story. The shop gave me weekly and major milestone updates by calling or text along the way. When the car was ready for pickup it looked much better but it was dark on a Friday evening after work and the temperature was in the 20's. I wanted to go home so I didn't really give the car a good look until I was filling it with gas the next morning. In the daylight I noticed some things I wanted the shop to take a second look at. Cole's provided a rental from Enterprise at no cost to me and when the car was going to be ready I had a few unexpected personal things going on in my life. The shop manager, Rowan empathize with the unfortunate circumstances I was dealing with and he extended my rental at no cost until I was ready two days later to pick up the Accord. The car was delivered back to me clean, freshly detailed, all my concerns addressed, fully repaired. I am so impressed with the level of customer service.
