They had a reputation for helping people who were far from home. Connor came and towed our car. He was pleasant, affable, good-humored, indulgent, and his manner helped to put me at ease. He told me probably his boss would look at it in the morning and hopefully they could diagnose and fix it by the afternoon. That's exactly what happened. By late Saturday afternoon I paid a very fair price for the repair and towing, and drove away feeling tremendously lucky and grateful.
