Nope just quality work and I paid $0 for any of it thanks to Import Auto Body picking up the deductible and totally handling everything with my insurance! The owner even replaced my headlight that was broken that wasn't even part of my original request and detailed the whole car it smelled so good when I got in to drive home. My car looks clean and cute like it was when I bought it and I couldn't be happier! Best quality body shop I've ever been to. I work at a car dealership as a sales manager and I choose this shop over my own just cause of the quality of work. When I got into an accident in my blazer Ev (fully electric) mind you, the car was thrashed. I wasn't sure if anything could be done, I figured it would just be totaled but Mike assured that he can get it fixed. Sure enough he was able to fix it. Through the whole process he was communicative, and gave me updates throughout. When I went to pick up my car, it was MINT. The work was amazing to say the least. I drove my car to work and my used car manager noticed it and he asked me where I got my car fixed at, told me that the car looked brand new! Glad I found this place, I've referred a bunch of people already just because of the service I received and Mike himself was super friendly, helpful, honest and just made my life a lot easier when I was dealing with the aftermath of my car. Offender did not leave a note :-( The repair was done in the time estimated, he even fixed a small dink on the bumper that was not in the estimate, thank you so much. I can't say enough about Mike and the crew at Import Auto Body! I was in need of a new lift gate and bumper for my Toyota Highlander. Mike was able to replace and paint the new lift gate and bumper for a great price.
