Where do I even begin? These Gentlemen were a God send! So prior to contacting MPB for emergency work needed on my vehicle, I previously attempted to work with another repair shop regarding some emergency work that needed due to what I thought, was major damage to my car. Thinking what was provided at my initial diagnosis and what I was quoted, scared, stressed and worried is putting how I was feeling about my predicament, lightly. So, strapped for what I thought was going to be close to 5 grand (Yes, that's what the other shop quoted me) and a LONG list of work that was advised "Needed" to ensure my vehicle ran properly, I became worried that I wouldn't be able to drive my car. So, I searched for somewhere who could work with me in what I actually needed and came across MPB Auto Repair. I called and spoke with Tony (I'm sorry if I misspelled it!) and gave him the rundown. Tony was able to quote me and advised I bring my car in for diagnostics. Tony quoted me and said we could find ways to work together without over charging me and get me back on the road. So, I brought my car in and was able to quickly get a better diagnosis than what I was initially provided - My alignment was off and just needed to be fixed - and man, when some of these people say they worked quick? They're Quick! No BS. Transparent. Straight to the point and affordable work? I went from being stressed and panicked to happy and so relieved. I absolutely will be coming back for work in the future. They were also pretty easy to find and very very customer friendly. I stopped in this morning because the tire sensor in my car was on for all 4 tires & I was going to ask them if they knew the closest place with a pressure gauge (I'm from out of town). The manager & the guys in the shop were awesome. They offered to check all my tires, added some air, and had me on my way - no charge. Found MPB by sending out a Yelp Project request (if you haven't tried that, you should!) and Igor was quick to give me a competitive price that included a warranty on his services for my Audi Q7. My partner can usually work on our car, but lacked the equipment and time for this particular service, which is important to note because any advice/next steps Igor gave was spot on and reliable. The work was completed in a timely manner and I would definitely recommend this shop. Note: the business office is the first door on the left hand side when you pull into the parking lot. I called them under "inexpensive". It was absolutely right on! I was told just come in now. We'll take a look at your brakes!! I did in just few minutes. They knew what I needed. Wow! The best experience I've had doing auto repair in a couple decades! They did an absolutely wonderful job, kept me up to date on my big project, and even took the time to send me pics and show me the parts that were being worked on. Had blown engine on 1999 Jeep in Roseville. MPB was quick to respond with a competitive price compared with several other shops who wanted substantially more. The work was done quickly. So far, engine is running great. I had a Miata with a blown engine last September. I always used to take cars to dealerships. I decided to use services in this shop as dealer quoted exorbitant amount for replacing water pump for 2001 Corvette.
