Well here lately the customer service has drastically decreased. The chick with the curly hair is beyond rude and unknowledgeable of anything asked. She doesn't greet customer and appears to get an attitude when asked to do her job. I honestly dnt know how she got a job working there. I first tried to place my order through their website, but it repeatedly showed "failed to upload" when trying to submit my files. I then used their website chat to ask for help and requested an invoice since I had already shared my Canva document with them. No one ever responded in the chat. Since I still needed the order, I began calling around 3:00 PM and had to call continuously for almost an hour before someone finally answered the phone. I was told the Dallas location was on another call and would be transferred once they were finished. When I finally spoke to someone at the Dallas store, I confirmed multiple times that the prints would be ready the same day. He said yes. I shared the Canva document, he sent the invoice, and I paid immediately. I even asked again if the order would be ready today, and he again confirmed that it would. The Shop app even showed the order being packed for pickup, so I sent my husband to the store. When my husband arrived, the first employee helping him smelled strongly of marijuana and appeared to be under the influence, which was extremely unprofessional. After that, the same employee I spoke with earlier suddenly said the order would NOT be ready until tomorrow, completely contradicting what he had told me earlier. When I spoke with him on the phone to clarify what happened, he was very rude, repeatedly interrupted me, and raised his voice instead of addressing the mistake or trying to resolve the situation. For a business that relies on time-sensitive print orders, clear communication and professionalism are critical. Unfortunately, this experience showed poor communication, rude customer service, and staff behavior that raises serious concerns about professionalism. After being a loyal customer for over a year, this experience was unacceptable and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Upon looking at the jacket she suggested that I leave the jacket & she would remove the lettering that were coming off & suggested a few options on the color of thread to match the border. And she'd email me sample of the pattern proof prior to embroidering right on to the jacket. They're a great bunch of skilled people that care & devote to their customer's needs. As a side note: I called & sent pictures of my problem to Burberry Customer Service- they appreciated my back story but, offered & did nothing for me. They weren't even willing to reimburse me if I took matters to repair my jacket. Truth be told, Vonda & her staff solved my problem & they were a blessing thru this whole ordeal! My pics will prove it. This little establishment brings new life to my otherwise useless waste of time with the "high end" UK brand?! I'm both impressed with the super reasonable price & most of all the care they provided for my sentimental value behind this jacket! I'd recommend Lewisville Lettering & Embroidery to anyone who need repairs on inferior quality & workmanship- especially when you've already paid for the high end price & receive zero customer service! I…read moreliterally called about six different places to ask about one (1) shirt with screen print or heat pressed number on the back. Either no one could do it same-day or it cost too much. Soooooo my very last stab...I emailed Big Frog of Plano and requested a quote. I got lucky that day. They emailed me back promptly and quoted a great price and they happened to have time to squeeze in the one shirt that I needed. It was ready within an hour and it looked great. Thanks again, and we will be using Big Frog of Plano for my husband's softball team jerseys in the future-- when they get ready to order new designs and have new sponsors!!

    Stay far, far away from this place…read more I brought in two brand-new jerseys for a simple number "9" on the back. One came out fine, but the other was noticeably off-center about half an inch because they used two different sized numbers and didn't even catch it. So after wasting money on a brand-new jersey, I had to go buy another one. I even changed the color just to avoid the same mismatch issue, hoping they could at least get it consistent the second time. What's worse is the owner acting like this is acceptable or "professional." It's not. When you miss placement by that much--twice--and only get one out of three attempts right, that's not a small mistake. It's sloppy work. If you care at all about how your print looks, take your business somewhere else. There are plenty of better options that actually pay attention to detail.

    I have never dealt with such a horrible company in my life. They are unreliable, unprofessional,…read moreand incompetent. They put items on their website that are not available, then accept rush orders that they could not successfully complete, and then they replace items to what they see fit. Then when I call same day after pickup to request a fix to a replacement they changed on their own, they say they are going to call me back, and never do. If you can't complete an order, don't accept it. Don't email someone numerous times going back and forth on items you initially indicate you have, but really don't. I had to call back a third time and spoke to a man who was the RUDEST PERSON I HAD EVER DEALT WITH. I was trying to tell him what was wrong with the order in a calm manner and he continues to cut me off and yells at me. He wouldn't even let me finish my sentence on how I didn't have a problem with the entire order, just the unapproved replaced items that I'm not satisfied with. They were the wrong size, type, and quality. He offered to replace the shirts now, 2 weeks after the order. The event is over. I called your company that day, and the following day, for a resolution. I asked him for his name and he obviously refused to tell me. As I'm calmly saying all of this, HE HANGS UP on me. Ridiculous. Inappropriate. Uncalled for. Childish. Save yourself the hassle with this company. I would rather deal with the credit card company.
