I was looking for a nail place for when I'm visiting PA. My nail tech was very kind, but the job was meh. Polish on my skin, the fill was not as I expected or wanted. I ended up having to file down on the sides to clean it up. My polish ended up not sticking well, and some of the side nail was missed. Kudos for them telling a customer they will not treat an ingrown toe nail and advised the customer to seek medical attention as this is not something they will do.

I've tried many other places but I always end up coming back to them. Jason is the only person on this world who I will let wax my eyebrows - because let's be honest, they're very important! :) this is a small nail salon but their prices are amazing and their work is wonderful. I've had 2 structured gel manicures with Hana. Her attention to detail is unparalleled. I sent her a design by Rebekah Pritchard that I found on Instagram, and Hana did it better. The pictured set is Gel-X extensions (pre-existing, and this is one of the only places around that does them) with structured gel overlay. This is a 3D design; the white is slightly raised with a sprinkle of dip powder before setting. Hana completed this set on Phenix Salon Suite's opening celebration. There were many more distractions than usual but Hana stayed laser focused. The owner of the suites popped in to drop off flowers and provide refreshments, which was above and beyond. The suites are brand new and TT's space feels so exclusive and contemporary. It's just you and your tech so you'll feel like a princess. I'm about to have my first session with DJ later this week and I can't wait to meet the brains behind the operation. She's on the cutting edge and her team is the best all around!

The facility is bright and beautiful. They offer several nail services; a few I've never heard of. The nail colors are plenty! You simply pick a color from one of the books available. The staff is friendly. My nail tech was Ella. I had a jelly pedicure and upon arrival decided to add a manicure. The jelly pedicure was fabulous. I wish I could have soaked in the jelly mix for a few extra minutes. The manicure was also great. Ella was meticulous and did a wonderful job. I'll be back soon!
