The gentleman that did my refill was nice, did a great job and was quick, no issues. I was given a bottle of water. I also had a hand/arm massage and a hot towel after the refill. Not many places do these extra steps anymore, I love this. I then had a $40 pedicure that made my feet nice and soft and got rid of any hard skin with a foot massage. I loved it. The woman that did my feet was very nice and efficient, she did a great job. always love the massage chairs too. I would definitely come back if I am in the area.

This child was so clueless that she ruined my previous pedicure for cutting my nails down to the quick and into corner points (!) after she asked if I wanted them short and I said, "No!" I was not a walk-in, I had an appt so there is no reason why I didn't have a licensed professional handling this service. Nasty staff when you point out incompetence, and they did nothing but denigrate me for pointing out this terrible problem. My nails won't grow out until at least the end of pool season.

And then started trying to pry the acrylic off with a card. It hurt. Two people working each on one hand had me quite nervous. I just wanted clear polish. She gave me a manicure and I didn't want my nails cut shorter. The perk was when I went to pay the fella at the counter broke down the price which I liked since the place I had been going to was charging a different price every time I went which is why I wanted to try a new place. I will probably go back. The fella gave me a membership card, the more visits the more discounts.

It was awesome and I was only charged 60 and I tipped her 20 so the total was 80 well today I went in asked for the same lady as we had planned and she did a fill let I mind you This is only a fill but yet she charged me 50 and I left her a nine dollar tip. How are you gonna charge me $50 for the same thing for a fill-in when you originally charge me 60 for it to be done so unfortunately I probably will not be going back to her because to try to scam me like that or try to pull one over is kind of bullshit and frustrating so yeah I don't know how I feel about that because I talk very highly about this business and about her and I have recommended her to a lot of my friends and business people which now I'm gonna have to retract those statements to them and let them know to watch her or to watch the business itself because I tip good. I have been going to Chris for years and she does the best pedicures I've ever found in Reading AND Philly. For $25, you get to soak your feet, get the whole works, along with a minty foot mask and an amazing massage at the end! This is followed up with a perfect polish job that lasts weeks. I have previously tried acrylic nails and gel nails, but found the maintenance too much for my lifestyle. I prefer to stick to a manicured set of hands - you get to choose from the basic one for $12 or the spa mani for $15. Get both the mani & pedi for only $35! I also get my brows done there too, they definitely do a great job and don't make them too thin. There's cheaper salons in the area but those try to get you in and out as fast as possible... not here - they take their time and actually get to know each of their clients by name. The only drawback is that it is cash only, but I always come prepared. I also usually call ahead right before I want to come, to make sure they aren't too busy since I am bad at keeping appointments.

And they were very flexible and allowed us to make those changes! They did a great job, and they finished all of the appointments in record time!
