I received a response within hours and was informed that my shirt was a limited run and no longer available, but they would keep me posted on the status of my order. Before I could even respond, I received a shipment notification. Their store clerk made a mistake and should've never placed that order, but Nine Line went out of their way to make it right. The owner helped us figure out how to tailor a dress that my LOVED but was a little big at the busy. Her recommendations helped my daughter figure out how to make then dress for perfect - she was so happy because she wanted that dress. There are soooooo many gowns to choose from in store.
