For my second order, I ordered one black hoodie, four large tan T-shirts, and one XL tan T-shirt with the same design. When the order first arrived, I noticed that most of the shirts were missing--only the hoodie and one large shirt were included. I called KH Printworks, explained what happened, and they immediately took ownership of the mistake. There was no arguing, no excuses, and no hassle. They resolved the issue the same day and shipped out all of the missing shirts. Today, I received everything in the correct sizes, and I couldn't be happier with how they handled the situation. What impressed me even more was that I offered to pay for the additional shipping cost since they had to send another package, but they refused.
