What a fun experience! We successfully completed Legend of the Mayan Ruins, hosted by Alejandra, and we had a great time! The puzzles were well done and the perfect level of difficulty for the group, and the host explained everything well before we got started. They have two different hint systems, which was helpful in levelling the amount of help needed. My family and I came to the area for vacation and decided to try out the "Coroner's Report" escape room. We loved it so much we came back the following day and did the "Legend of the Mayan Temple." We also loved that one and returned earlier today for "The Undersea Overthrow." All of the rooms were unique, well designed, featured great puzzles, and the hosts were terrific! We've already decided to come back next summer to try the other rooms. I highly recommend giving one a shot! read more

THE QUICK VERSION - Premise: Jingles the elf poured hot chocolate all over Santa's HQ control panel for his sleigh trip--FIX IT! - "The Hot Chocolate Incident", though a seasonal special, is fun enough for play any time of the year. - Meticulous, clever planning makes all elements of game play feel organic and natural. - The set, even temporary, is constructed with attention to details, looks festively awesome. - Puzzles aren't hard, meant for family, and in short: crafty, slick, and happiness overload. - Challenges are plentiful, have a wide variety, including logic, pattern, and even scavenger hunt. - Avatar fulfills her role with expertise, is humorous, charming, and a theatrical gem. - My subjective thoughts: 2 to 3/10 difficulty (team of 3), ideal team size of 3 to 4. Super fun. I took my fiance and folks down here for my birthday a couple years back. My folks had some one escape room before and didn't really enjoy it but I convinced them to try again. We did the wizards room. It seemed a bit weird when we first walked in. It was a big open room with a lot of things to purchase. Almost like a store. It threw me off a bit. Once we got into the room it was amazing. We all had so much fun and my folks just loved it. They're in their 60s. They want to go back again to do another room here now. One of the top, if not top, virtual escape room experiences out there for those who have the itch and can't go out or just want to try this without having to fly to Canada. I absolutely loved both the Neverland and Seven Dwarves Mining Mission rooms. Super kid friendly but yet difficult enough for experienced escape room veterans to enjoy. Really beautiful sets and great inventory system to help players look more closely at certain elements. Game master was great at being helpful without giving anything away. Really smooth as a virtual experience. Recommend 4-6 in this one. Puzzles are easy to medium difficulty. read more

This is not my first escape game experience. We signed up for the ghost town game which was the outdoor game. The puzzles were fairly easy but the most disappointing thing was that they sent us out with missing materials making one of the puzzles impossible to solve. The most frustrating aspect of this was that they knew one piece was missing but failed to notify us resulting in us wasting at least 45 minutes out in the cold looking for a solution that did not exist. What was even more frustrating was that when we commented on the fact that it would have been nice to have been notified about the error, these comments were met on deaf ears from the employee trying to congratulate us for completing the puzzles even in spite of our handicap. read more

I will admit that I was quite hesitant to give virtual escape room a try given that some of the parts of the excitement is being physically together, the ability to touch and feel the props, and just the experiences of the physical environment of the setup. It is just tangible. But, given the circumstances it is places like this that should be given the kodos points for adapting and doing it right. On top of the already competitiveness in business and probably this type of business (at least in CA) I want to give props to the incredible work, the creativity, the dedication of the game master, the quality of the props, and the quality of the administration of the games. My first virtual escape room experience from CA and Colorado to Canada! The allotted time is still 60 minutes (typical to all escape room time). Although we did escape with 5 minutes to spare my only minor feedback may be to add an additional 5 minutes to the game based on the number of rooms. Not to spoil the number of rooms or how the game is administered I just want to say that doing anything virtually tends to take a little more time to adjust whether its for communication or lost time as a result of a virtual environment. Regardless, this room is definitely doable within 60 minutes with more time to spare. In our case, we just got stuck on a puzzle longer than anticipated but we figured it out eventually (we no clue might I add). Story, gamemaster/proxy, props, remote interface, and puzzles were all great. We had fun and will be back for more. This makes for the 20th room with my OG escape groupie + 1 CO friend woohoo! read more

I love this place! So much fun and the rooms are incredibly well thought out and out together. The best escape rooms I have ever done.

We had Pip as our guide for the Neverland Heist, and had an amazing time! We did it online, so we were a little unsure how things were going to work out, but it was definitely worth the money. This was my first escape room, and I'm definitely going to try another in the future! read more
