After calling AAA several…read moretimes they stated I had to wait 3 hrs...I called my car insurance roadside service they helped right away This fellow from North State Towing was very quick, prompt and got my car hooked up. I had no ride...so he very kindly said he'd help me into his truck, which was pretty high off the ground. I said no and called Uber. A few years ago I called a Towing Co. and all was good until I went to get out of the tow truck at the dealership....stairs on truck were even ...no place to put a foot to step out. I held onto the door handle and thought I could do it. I slipped, was hanging from door handle...this slip broke my arm. No help was offered. Cld company...they do NOT have to cover passengers..per Utah law. NO I'm sorry or offer of anything. Actually the guy on the phone was a JERK! NORTH STATE TOWING... THANK YOU

As much of a stress it is, she made it as enjoyable as possible haha. a little goes a long way, and no matter what, I'm happy that I could have that kind interaction with her. tow yards will always have low reviews, but this tow yard, especially the Lehi area they have, made it seem less like a tow yard out to get me, and more of people that understood the trickiness. thank y'all ! There were no signs along the fence I parked at and I doubt there will ever be more signs since, concert nights is a "Payday" for them. This place is legal con operation, at least I'm assuming what they are doing is legal, I'm on vacation and don't have the time to check. But between the customer service comments and the $450 dollars fee... this place is definitely malicious and prey on people who attend the events here.

I understand it's up to me to know where to park, but $295 is a huge hit to my wallet with no warning. They responded, saying the signage is clear, but there is not a sign by the park, even though there are signs in other places in the neighborhood. As far as towing, they are obviously good at their job. They got my car from one place to the other.

What really crossed the line for me was their handling of my vehicle. They asked for my keys under the pretense of locating the registration, but then proceeded to go through my car without my clear permission. This felt like a complete violation of privacy. There was no transparency, no respect, and no effort to communicate what they were doing or why. Customers deserve to feel that their property is being treated with care and integrity, that was absolutely not the case here. If you have to deal with this company, be very cautious and make sure you understand exactly what they intend to do before handing anything over. Based on my experience, I would not trust them again.
