"Dr A" ran the flu/COVID rapid tests but not the strep test. I requested a strep test be done and was told that it was not necessary after a very brief examination. Five days later, my child's symptoms never improved, so she received a strep test at another doctor's office which was positive. This, along with the excessive wait time for results and low quality of facilities (no garbage can to dispose of tissues/excessively bright lighting and noise from other rooms) made this a miserable experience for my child that ended up being a waste of time anyway.

When it came time for me to get my stitches out I was in so much pain and could only communicate through my husband which the Doctor thought was funny and completely dismissed us both. I was in noticeable pain and distress from how he was yanking the stitches out of my stomach. When my husband got upset and told him to be careful or give me something for the pain, this despicable excuse of a doctor stated "she's being dramatic". So much for "Do No Harm". Such a terrible and saddening experience to look back on during what should have been a beautiful time. This happened to me a couple years back and I was a patient at Northwell Health- Huntington Hospital and I was given Dr. Goldman randomly because it was last minute.
