The worst rental company I have ever had the misfortune of using. I drove across the country to my new home expecting it to at the very least be livable. For over $3,400 a month I got, mold, mildew, items left at the house, AND CARPET BEETLES to boot. The home was absolutely filthy. I purchased a dehumidifier for the mold issue months ago and TO THIS DAY have still not be reimbursed. I had to have all of my clothes laundered professionally to ensure there were no bugs in them. After months of these issues not being resolved, I decided to break the lease for my health and sanity. They have not returned a single cent of my deposit, even despite owing me money, which I have in writing. We have called and texted for weeks now and have not received a response. Full of crooks. When moving out of a rental property, they tried withholding thousands of dollars of our security deposit claiming damages that were nonexistent, yard work that we had done before moving out, and had us pay to remove things that had been left in the garage by tenants before we moved in (not our stuff to throw away). They were trying to keep the money to make improvements to the property. read more
