It wasn't even clean when I moved in, it was AS IS. Slum lord. There was mold in the house and rotting floor boards in the kitchen. I tried to get the fireplace cleaned but they wouldn't pay for it. They also have a drop box and online payments as well which is amazing. Ac went out and the warranty company took a a couple days so they even provided a portable ac unit to use until it was fixed. Their properties are well kept and they always get work repairs delt with in a timely manner. They even do semi annual inspections on their properties and type up these nice detailed reports on the homes for each of their tenants and homeowners. Their email response time is amazing. Love this team and all the work the ladies put in up there at that office!
