The yard had gotten out of control, and it wasn't until I had inquired about it that they suggested having the yard mowed and trimmed up. When I had asked how things were going, it was an excuse after excuse on how it's my problem, the house isn't selling. Right off the bat, too, they never listed the brand new features with the home, and never emphasized the selling point of the home. Their answer to everything was "keep dropping the price". this was so pathetic. I believe these people are a self-licking ice cream cone while your house is rotting out on the market.
