I have been a tenant with Mrs. Brandy for 5 years. She has been by far the best property manager I've encountered. Shes easy to work with, has a sense of humor, and answers service calls expeditiously. I remember we had a situation with the HVAC system messing up at our property.We have a 6 year old special needs daughter who has trouble maintaining her body temperature. When I called Mrs. Brandy around 9:30 PM and let her know we didn't have any heat she was knocking on my door within the next hour with her personal heaters to help get us through the night until someone could come out the next morning to fix our issue.
