Completely agree with all the other five star reviews.  Judy & Zach's professionalism and knowledge regarding Deeds surpass any law firm I have worked with in the past. Brought them a parent to child Deed transfer with a Trust twist. They avoided any tax transfer pitfalls. Had them check a handfull of other properties and found two Deeds that were not in order.  A Realtor made a mistake on one Deed and Probate attorney for the other. Judy went above and beyond to warn me the Letters of Testimony were not filed, then got the lawer who forgot to file them send a copy the same day.
