Ranging from simple assisted living to the highest level of care required and medication management Doru and Gigi, along with the house Skilled Nurse Marilyn Durbin, are kind, attentive and work hard to specifically tailor, monitor and adjust to the needs of the resident. Doru and Gigi serve three hot, delicious and varied home cooked meals plus healthful snacks every day. We can tell you the residents appreciate the home cooking - especially if they've come from an institutional setting like a hospital, rehab or skilled nursing facility. We especially appreciate the caregiver to resident ratio - 1:5 at All Valley vs. what we found at most skilled nursing/caregiving alternatives at 1:18, 1:19 or higher ratio.
