My experience with principal Amanda Elser was extremely concerning. After scheduling a tour for my son (out of school for seven weeks), the principal canceled just hours before -- despite knowing how important it was for an autistic student to have stability and follow-through. Instead of empathy, she was cold, dismissive, and unwilling to problem-solve. If this is how leadership treats parents on their "best behavior" at opening, how will vulnerable children be treated once the doors close? Red flags every parent should know: * Reports from other campuses of corporal punishment, restraints, and unqualified staff. * No interaction with typical peers -- children are isolated only with other disabled peers. For high-functioning autistic children, this is not appropriate or least restrictive. * Lack of transparency: when I asked for basic policies (restraint, seclusion, ratios, staff qualifications), I was brushed off. Parents are entitled to this information. Parents: we control the funding. These schools make a living off our children, and we must demand: * Respectful communication * Collaboration * Transparency about safety practices * Absolutely no tolerance for corporal punishment or abusive restraint If your child reports harm, file a state complaint immediately. Districts have a history of saying "we can't control private schools" after placing kids in unsafe programs. That is unacceptable. Bottom line: Even though this campus is new, the combination of a hostile principal, history of abuse allegations, and lack of transparency makes me deeply concerned. I would not entrust my disabled child here.

From the beginning, we made it very clear that Spanish is his primary language, and despite this, the appointment was still booked. On 5/06/26, we received a message stating that they do not have bilingual therapists available and that our in-office evaluation had been cancelled. No phone call was made to discuss alternative options, provide referrals elsewhere, or offer any guidance on how to continue his care. To have spent over six months waiting, only to be told at this stage that services cannot be provided, is extremely disappointing and has caused a significant delay in my son receiving therapy. I will be making his provider aware of this experience at his upcoming wellness visit so they can reconsider referring families to this practice in the future.

They have adjusted my therapy accordingly to how I feel (even checked my BP). Very clean facility and great staff who are very professional, caring and sweet (especially Adrian and of course Brenda). Also, has hydrotherapy (heated pool exercises) that I will try soon. PS this location has pelvic floor therapist; which is hard to find.
