The office manager schedules caregivers based on income earned instead of the needs of the person needing the care. For example, the substitute caregiver provided only spoke English while I had been requesting a Spanish speaking caregiver as the client has dementia and needs daily mental stimulation. Through the same agency I found a Spanish speaking caregiver whose schedule was open 2 days a week that could provide the stimulation the client needed, both the office manager and owner stated they would NOT schedule her in as it would take the substitute caregivers paycheck. In addition, the office manager spoke trash to the client about their own employee while she was present in the home. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY TO ANYONE - While the actual caregivers are awesome I would think the front office's and owner's unprofessionalism would affect the morale of the employees

Sure there are times when needs are not met but Polly always seems to have a solution, whether the issue arises at 2 a.m. in the morning or 10 p.m. at night. The mission of Hyde Park is to provide consistent and quality care. They have a new AI option where the chair scans your body and focuses on the areas as you need. I've had plenty of massages and you can tell when your body is released some of the toxins and this chair definitely did that. We loved using the salt room since we came together. We were allowed to share it so we got to catch up and have some much-needed girl time. The red light bed runs for 15 minutes and I'm pretty sure I may have fallen asleep for a little haha. My mom did a foot detox at the end and I can't tell you how surprised we both were. The water went from clear to a mucky Brown with a layer of sludge on top. So gross and satisfying! The staff here is really awesome. They were super helpful and accommodating and not pushy at all about joining. My birthday is coming up in August and I'm hoping my husband will give me a membership. Fingers crossed! Either way, I'm sure I will stop by in the future.

Awful. Mom was rapidly declining for over two months and I was never notified as I live out of…read morestate. Just the prior week, I spoke to the recently new owner (In the interim the In Angel Arms owner manages the facility) and she was unaware of my mom's decline. The workers there also told me that she was tired and slept a lot but nothing about a "rapid decline". My mom later had an apparent stroke and passed just two days later. Manager and owner of In Angel Arms never called me when it happened I was later informed that my mom passed away by the hospice nurse. My mom was just put on hospice the day before. I only heard from the manager after that. Very cold and just matter of fact tone. I pray the new owners are much better. I also hope the other In Angel Arms facility is run much better. It was a great place for my mom when under the original owners, at this location , Kissling Manor where my mom was taken care of for almost 12 years battling Alzheimer's.

Cindi, Michael and their warm and caring staff have made our father's transition to an assisted living facility as seamless as possible. . Their home is spacious and immaculate. Our father's room is large and comfortable. It is made up daily and his laundry is done for him. The meals are varied and delicious. Lulu is an amazing cook and you can tell her meals are made with love. The residents have access to 24-hour care and there are a variety of safety mechanisms in place. Medication is managed and dispensed, home healthcare visits are arranged as well as out-patient appointments managed. Guests are made to feel welcome and visiting is encouraged. We were impressed that the residents have access to entertainment - visiting musicians and entertainers, as well outside events such as baseball games and church services. We were initially concerned about our father's ability to transition to living with others. We're so happy to see that he enjoys interacting with the other residents, and is thriving and remains engaged, and retains a sense of independence. We don't live in the state, but visit our father at least once a month, and are so grateful that our father is in such capable and caring hands.
