Stephanie contacted me to confirm the appointment and tell me more about sound bath therapy and preparing myself, thoughts, etc. Upon arrival I had a short assessment before getting started. She took her time and I didn't feel rushed. It was very peaceful, calming, relaxing and relieving. I enjoyed it. Many months later, I was thinking about trying Reiki. And in January this year an e-newsletter from Stephanie appeared! And what should I find among her special offerings for the year? None other than a pack of 3 -90 minute Reiki Massage sessions.
