He was very patient with all my questions and explained the differences of each bottle. I had also brought in a nasty bug in a plastic bag, and asked him what I needed to buy to kill it; once again he walked me to the isle and showed me all the different products. He also told me of an alternative to the harsh chemicals (diatomaceous earth) that was much safer and cheaper to use.
