Doesn't return calls, when he does decide to show up on his own time, hold on to your wallet, he does nothing for free, even an estimate (that would make him thousands of dollars in orders). Shane agreed to something with me, everything sounded like we were on track and then texts someone else, bad mouthing me. Guess you should know who knows who Shane, its a small town. Don't waste your time with these guys, much better service and pricing at Christophers. read more

Stopped in over the weekend to pick out some plants for our summer home here in Show Low and we couldn't be more happy with the service we received from Cindy. We've never planted anything before and she took the time to show us a variety of plants and tips on how to mix them in some pots that I had the measurements for. When we were leaving she asked that we post pictures of our plants once they were in the pots. So here are those pictures Cindy. It was a pleasure having you help us out. Update. I had one of the 21 plants I purchased not make it. When I called I was told to bring the bad one in and exchange it. Good to see that they stand behind their products. read more

My son Thomas purchased two cherry trees for me for my birthday from In Bloom Nursery. I called the nursery and easily scheduled delivery and planting. One of the owners, Shane, personally selected the best place in my yard to plant the cherry trees. The trees were planted along my driveway to receive morning and afternoon sun and the existing watering system was routed to include the two new cheery trees. I've since purchased, and In Bloom Nursery have planted, a peach tree and 5 aspen trees to help increase the privacy of my home. The staff is always professional, polite and hard working while on my property. I highly recommend purchasing plants and trees from this nursery. read more

The owner of this establishment (Shane) seems to have problems with women. I feel he discriminated against me when he came to our property to give a quote on landscaping. He absolutely ignored me, actually interrupted me, when discussing landscaping on our property. When discussing maintenance on family property, he antagonized me regarding previous telephone discussions on removing cactus plants on the property. He actually called my sister-in-law a liar!! I've never dealt with anybody so rude to customers!! I've heard he's also been heavily fined by Immigration and Customs Enforcement for employing illegal emigrants. This guy really has problems. Christopher's Nursery is fantastic!! I would recommend you go there for anything you need. They are fantastic!! read more

My husband had his own landscaping business for more than 30 years. We stopped in to pick up a few plants for our place in the mountains. Their staff is awesome, the owners took time to answer questions and chat with us and we found their selection of plants to be really good!!
