OK, never heard of that in My 56+ years of legal driving (and I averaged 40-50,000 miles a year for 20 of that). Charged me $200 more than the locals, or so they said. Did ALOT of walking around and checking out the town. No discounts, AAA, senior or military. This out of state, SENIOR, female left screwed. PS it did not take the full labor/shop fee I was charged. So is it "the book" charge for out of towners and actual time for locals? Nope, won't recommend. ESPECIALLY IF YOU DON'T LIVE THERE!!!
