Oscar, the O in JOC, is the father, and he has a heart of gold, meaning that he will tell you exactly what needs to be done in order to take care of the customer's property as if it were his own. We had siding pieces that were foamed in to fill gaps (from previous jobs that we didn't know how to check), and he showed these to us, and told us what would be the best option to fix it: to replace these with custom cut pieces of cement board. And they did it beautifully and the same day. Our home had probably 30 different things that needed to be redone, or revamped, from siding, deck, paint, caulking, window glass, roofing, fascia's, front doors, stairs, wallpaper teardown resurfacing and painting, and much much more. I would trust JOC to build a home for me from scratch. And i know that it would be done correctly through and through, from the best materials, to the best worksmanship. We are so thankful to God that he brought Jennifer and Oscar into our lives. Because of their expert teams (they have multiple crews!) we have been able to accomplish what would have taken at least 2 months, in 2 weeks. Also, he was knowledgeable. Tony came out for the first day of the job, which was Memorial Day. He seemed to do a rushed and haphazard job and perhaps just wanted to not work on a holiday. Can't blame him, but he should not have been scheduled for that day in that case. HOWEVER, after I contacted the office about it, he and his coworker, Elisa did a thorough job with the washing, caulking and painting after that. They addressed all of our concerns and remained friendly. We found some missed areas on our inspection, but Tony was very good at making sure we were completely satisfied before we paid. The house looks beautiful and I would sincerely recommend CertaPro of Gwinnett for exterior painting. Just, as with any contractor, make sure you are monitoring each day and carefully inspect the work. Because they spilled their chemicals or had leaking containers of chemicals and placed them on my green lawn killing large patches of my grass!!!! Also the whole point of me wanting to pressure wash my deck was to removed the mold/mildew in which that was NOT done!!! Not only was it not done the existing paint that certa pro did just last year was stripped and the remedy offered by Cale was to pay a lot more to get it "fixed and painted again" All they did was move the furniture to different parts of the deck and patio and wash not allowing the parts where the furniture was moved to dry properly. All the chipped paint scraps and debris from the pressure washing were left all over my yard and patio and my children's play structure and trampoline in which I had to do more clean up. What a waste of time & money!

I've attached photos so that you can be the judge. Perry knows his craft. There's been a rust stain that we've been trying to have removed for YEARS! Previous contractors tried but were unable. More recently a contractor told us that we'd have to replace the vinyl siding! No, no, no (wagging my finger like Dikembe Mutombo!), not with the professional expertise of APPW! When others say they can't, know that Perry can! My husband and I are SO impressed. This was certainly money well spent and again we couldn't be more satisfied. We wanted a complete change of color this time since our previous colors were no longer in style. Wow, these people are amazing! They come by to give you a color consultation based on your furniture, trends, and floors. The crew (it was the same crew as 14 years ago) arrived and were completely professional from start to finish. They carefully moved all furniture, covered everything and cleaned up well after themselves each day. They said it would take 4 days, and it did. They worked so hard. Everything was flawless. We can't get over the care they took in making sure that all paint laid perfectly on the walls and trim. We would definitely use them again.

There were no unpainted spots on the house or rotted wood left over after they replaced various planks of wood.
