I understand if a contractor determines they can't handle a job or don't want a job, but letting me know they aren't coming before the appointed time is pretty much the bare minimum for professionalism. Every member of the team has a specialty, and they also repaired a window that other contractors said could not be done. The estimate was fair and there were no hidden costs. They also pick up the paint and match paint if you don't have the original color. I will be hiring them in the fall to paint the exterior of our home, but for now we are really enjoying the 1,800 square foot space they painted inside our home!
